Christmas ski trip

We all enjoyed our time at this house. The house was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. We were close to Elk Mountain Ski Resort. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We hope to return in the future.

Annual Family Ski Vacation

Absolutely Amazing “Round House”! You have to see it to believe it! I’d love to know more about the history and design behind the whole property if possible? There is so much there to do and see! Norbert was most helpful answering any and all questions. There was every household object needed and creature comforts😊Thank You so much!

Nice ski weekend

Nice and close to Elk Mountain for a cozy and big family ski trip. Owner was easy to work with and responsive. The house was in good shape. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire!

Roundhouse birthday

We stayed here for the 3rd time and celebrated my daughter’s 18th and husband’s 52nd birthdays. The house is great and we had a wonderful time. Although the weather was frigid and it was extremely windy we took a hike to the creek and the cemetery. We love this house.

Friends Retreat

Our stay was perfect! The house was very clean, and the property was beautiful. This is our 4th time staying at the Roundhouse, and every year is better than the last. The host is very accommodating and provided everything we could possibly need and more for a great weekend away. Cannot recommend enough!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was perfect for a group of 16, and the owner, Norbert, was so helpful and responsive. He was truly a pleasure to work with. The property and views are stunning! We will absolutely be returning next year! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Loved this home

This is a very spacious and kid-friendly home with lots of creature comforts like hot tub, giant sports yard, plenty of comfortable outdoor (and indoor) seating. Ping pong, volleyball, table games, great kitchen fully equipped. Norbert was very easy to communicate with and super responsive. I’d love to go back to this fabulous property.

The Perfect Weekend Away

This is my groups third trip to the Roundhouse, and every time is better than the last! The house was spotless, had everything we needed, and the owner went above and beyond with providing accommodations and sharing information about the house and nearby area. My group had an amazing time, and we look forward to next year!

Great host and property

My family and i had a great time at this property. The house had incredible views surrounded by nature and felt immensely private, perfect for a relaxing getaway from day to day life. The host was also very accommodating and always available to answer any questions. My family had a great time and would definitely recommend for anyone else with a big group.

Tons of Space

Want to thank norbert for an amazing weekend with my students, we where 12 adults and 2 kids. we had tons of room, we enjoyed the jaccuzzi, the fresh coffee, volleyball, the nature! It was Just GREAT!

Perfect place for a family reunion

We had a family reunion at the house. We were a total a of 17 people inclusive of 8 children from the ages of 1 to 10. The house was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We were even able to eat together at one table. The 6 older kids loved the bunk room. And the huge fireplace was perfect the day it rained. The property is beautiful and we took full advantage of the fire pit. The house was extremely well stocked with not only kitchen supplies and basic food staples but also soaps and paper goods etc. and it was extremely clean. Norbert was very accommodating and responsive and any issues we had were taken care of immediately. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

The Perfect Getaway!

The Round House was the most perfect getaway. There were 8 adults, 5 kids and 4 dogs (and all the chaos). We were 4 different families. The space and the house could not have been more perfect! We all had our own rooms and space. The kids had plenty of space to play on their own or be with us. The LOVED the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit. The kitchen was amazing! It had everything you need and then some. Norbert was very responsive, kind and helpful the entire time. The kids said it was the best trip ever (which makes it all worth it). We can't wait to come back again!

Excellent House Rental

We rented this 8 bedroom house to go skiing at Elk Mountain. We have been renting places in the Poconos for years now and it is getting way too overcrowded. The owner of this property is an amazing person to work with. Very easy going, pleasure able person. He has everything and anything that you could possibly need, at the property. We will be back here for years to come😊

Wonderful family ski trip!

What a beautiful house and property! Only 15 minutes from Elk Mountain resort. We had such a great time and look forward to doing it again soon. Highly recommend Elk Roundhouse.

Relaxing Family Gathering!

Beautiful! Welcoming! Wouldn't Change a Thing! The owner could not be more helpful and accommodating! It rained all day on Saturday but that didn't stop the fun! We stayed in our pj's all day! We played games, did crafts, ate, laughed, watched Christmas movies and just had a wonderful day! The next day some went skiing and some took walks around the beautiful property. I highly recommend staying at this home - it is truly a home-sweet-away-from-home!

Absolutely perfect!!!

This home was absolutely perfect! We celebrated my son's 13th birthday at this home. We had a very large group of adults and children! The home was spacious and the property is beautiful! There were so many touches that made this property feel like a home and the kitchen was stocked with everything that you could want or need! The owner was very accommodating and welcoming. He was available for any questions and checked in to see how things were going! The fire place and the hot tub were big hits with the adults and the children! You will not regret renting this home!

Just what we needed. The area gives way for meditation and feeling like you're in another world. We all loved it! Norbert was very friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make our stay special. The house is comfortable for large groups. Very rustic which we loved!

Remote Getaway

My friends and I loved this property! It was big enough for everyone to have enough space with breathtaking views surrounding the home. The dining space was large enough for us all to enjoy meals together. There are so many places in the home for everyone to gather and the outdoor area was well maintained and easy to use. We had s’mores by the fire and had morning coffee on the deck. Our dog enjoyed being off leash in their enormous yard and wandering the area. It was also a beautiful home to go for a morning run- I was able to make it 1.5 miles by just staying on the property. We had tons of privacy but our host, Norbert was just a text away. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely recommend to large groups/family reunions!

Fabulous getaway

The property was as described and the scenery was even better! Our group of friends/family had a fantastic weekend. The house is very well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. Plus, Norbert was terrific to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating. Our whole group agreed we would certainly stay here again.
