Northcote Lodge - Three Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

Nestling on a hillside which spectacularly overlooks the Taw Valley and approached by a quiet country lane. This wonderful rural idyll provides peace and tranquility, yet is just a few miles from Burrington village and within ten minutes drive of other attractive local villages with award winning cosy pubs. The cottage is spacious, well equipped and attractively furnished in a contemporary cottage style. The main living room is on the first floor to take advantage of the views and has a woodburner for the cooler seasons.  With bedroom and living space available on both the ground floor and first floor and 3 bath/shower rooms this is an ideal property for families or friends to holiday together as it offers ample space for all groups. A fully enclosed patio garden with garden furniture is ideal for alfresco dining and there is off road parking available for up to 3 cars.  This lovely pet friendly cottage offers an ideal location to return to after a day exploring the scenic diversity of North Devon with its fantastic beaches and coastline, bustling market towns and the splendour of Exmoor and Dartmoor all within a scenic 40 minutes drive. Many famous attractions including the gardens at RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal, the Tarka Trail and the historic city of Exeter are also easily accessible.

Nice Location - minor issues

Lovely comfortable cottage. Nice location, walking distance to Northcote Manor and its facilities. Poor internet, and the TV (Now TV?) didn't work. Emailed property manager who wanted me to call, when I explained I couldn't I received no further emails so not the best communications.
