"Our first impression was terrible as we arrived, as nothing was functioning in the room - the safe, hairdryer, the faucet in the bathroom (no cold water). Only one towel in a double room, not a single chair to sit, etc.. However, the staff were very nice and helpful and they remedied every problem, ..."
