"We spent one night at this hotel and loved it. We arrived early and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very convenient. Simple rooms but with everything. The spa is also great, and the restaurant is excellent. Everything went great and we will definitely stay here again whenever we come to this area. Only thing that could be improved is that the pool temperature was not very warm (definitely not 35 degrees), so it was a bit cold for the cool weather."

"We had the most wonderful stay in this apartment during our ski weekend in Andermatt — it truly exceeded all our expectations. The location is an absolute 10/10, perfect for getting to the slopes (Gütsch Gondola right in front of the accommodation) and enjoying everything the area has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, the rooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after long days in the snow. "This hotel was the highlight of our trip. Hotels.com offered breakfast with the stay but then we were charged. That was unfortunate. But the property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. The spa and massage therapists were 5 star. I would only go back to Switzerland to stay at the chedi. "
