Welcome to our apartments of Villa Wald-Eck (Apartment 3)

If you are looking for a holiday apartment for the family, you will find the apartments on the ground floor. These are ideal for 4 people. There are two more sleeping possibilities on the sofa bed in the living room. (Extra bed costs 10 € per night and person.)

A small external staircase leads to the balcony of the apartment 3 (ground floor right), which also serves as an entrance.

The apartment is comfortable and modern equipped.

The living / dining kitchen, with a table and a residential island, invites you to cozy and convivial rounds. In the kitchen you will find all the practical cooking utensils you need for general and daily needs.

In the living / dining area is also a TV integrated.

From the living / dining kitchen you get into all other rooms.
Overall, the apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with a closet or with shelves.

The bed layout looks like this:
1 room with double bed (1,80 x 2,00 cm)
1 room with 2 single beds (each 80 x 1.90 cm)
1 sofa bed for 2 persons, in the living / dining area

In the room with the single beds there is also a TV. You also have the opportunity to set up an extra cot. Please contact us!

The ground floor apartment has a bright and friendly bathroom with shower, toilet and window.
In addition, there are still 1 guest toilet, also with window.

On cooler days, the heating provides heat in the rooms and on hot days you can regulate a pleasant temperature through our air conditioning.
The cost of heating and air conditioning will be charged on the day of departure based on consumption and current electricity charges.

What else is important:
All our apartments are non-smoking apartments.
Parking is available on the property.
Bed linen and towels can be booked separately. The bed linen costs once per person € 5.00, The towel package (2 towels + 1 bath towel) costs once € 3.00 per person.(The laundry at least 10 days before departure by phone or by e-mail order, the payment then on arrival on the spot.)
 Dish towels are included in the price.
The tax is payable locally at the landlord or at the spa.

You have the option of placing a stroller on site.
Bicycles have to be connected outside.

Arrival is from 16.00 o'clock. If you arrive earlier please contact us in advance and we will see if this is possible.
Please let us know your approximate arrival time one day before arrival.

The departure must be done by 10.00 o'clock.

What you should bring with you, if you need it:
- Hairdryer
- beach towels
