Bring the whole family and unwind in our beautiful, spacious home! Centrally located near great restaurants, shopping, and downtown, our home offers a perfect blend of style and comfort with brand-new furniture and tasteful decor. Enjoy blazing-fast internet, a 65" smart TV, a well-stocked kitchen, and cozy king and queen beds. With a washer and dryer and all the essentials, you'll feel right at home. Nestled in a family-friendly, new subdivision. Ready to welcome you for a relaxing stay!

The house has four beautiful, decorated rooms with comfortable beds and linens for a great night rest. The Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials for you to come and prepare a meal or just bring your takeout and enjoy in our comfortable dining area! Great for gathering! The house also has an outdoor seating area and fenced yard.

You will have access to all areas of the house including the garage to keep your car out of sun and elements.

Self-Check-in with keypad and access code. In person check in upon request.

Brand new family friendly subdivision, centrally located with easy access to the major streets of city make this location and ideal choice for convenience and comfort.

Tyler is best suited for getting around in private car, however Uber is available

The house has a doorbell video camera and outdoor facing camera above garage for your security.

Such a wonderful, clean and welcoming home! The area the home is in is nice and quiet. It was just what we needed for our stay - we were in town for a funeral. So walking in to this quiet, clean cozy home was so nice! The beds were very comfortable as well. Gustavo was an excellent host and communicator. He always responded very timely and was so kind! We would definitely book again.

Lodging great, weather not as accommodating.

Flower viewing trip. We visited the Azalea trails and Rose garden. Rain and tornadoes restricted our activities. House was in a good location, clean and a perfect retreat.

This has been perfect - already for the second time. We got together with 5 people total and enjoyed the accommodation very much. It gave us a chance to socialize after work. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood which is nice. Thank you to the owner!

Excellent accommodations at this property.

I stayed here with my wife and colleagues from the ETSO. With plenty of room, a good kitchen and 2 bathrooms, we were very happy with it. The host is easily reached and very gracious. All was very clean and well maintained.

This property looks exactly like the pictures show. It is in a great area conveniently located to food, shopping, hospitals, etc. Linens are soft, beds comfortable, and the house is spacious and clean.

Amazing stay!!

My family and I were in town for a baseball tournament and absolutely loved the property and host was awesome! He let us check in a little early so we could unpack before we went to our games! The house was so beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood we felt so at home! 10/10 recommend

This was my fourth stay at this property and it still looks like new! Host is quick to reply to messages and eager to solve any problems that may arise. The home is comfortable and nicely decorated. The living room has a new large, very comfortable sectional for relaxing to talk, read, or watch TV.

Wedding overnight stay

Great Place to Stay!

I booked this property for several of my employees to stay at while working out of town. I was told this property was very accommodating and clean. There were a few issues with VRBO when i originally booked but communication with the owner was great and he was able to get it all worked out with VRBO.

Fabulous stay in a fantastic home

Of all of my stays away from home, this one was the nicest. The reservation was a snap to make, Our host was great. The home is 10 star. The beds are very comfortable, the home is extremely clean, the neighborhood is quiet and nice. We enjoyed our brief stay and I received compliments from others in the group for finding the perfect home. Five women and one husband were all pleased; that cannot be beat!!!

1 week stay for a whole family

I rented this property for my family when they came in for my wedding. The place is gorgeous and spotless, very comfortable and big. Close to everything in Tyler and in a good street/ neighborhood. Gustavo was very helpful, friendly and always very easy to reach.
