Welcome to your home away from home! A private studio space, with a private bathroom & private patio entrance. This is the back unit of a Duplex.

We strive to provide a comforting space for those on the go, so we include free small breakfasts, coffee, and teas!

We are located on the interior of SW Loop 323. Just under 10 minutes to major hospitals, shopping, food & drinks!

Warm & Cozy, Succulent themed Mother-in-Law suite, tucked in the privacy of the backyard. Easy access entrance via a private patio. Very secure inside with additional interior locks. This room is still has shared walls with our living quarters.

The bedroom itself has a new memory foam queen bed on the softer side, with 4 sleeping pillows, soft & comfortable bedding. Lovely towels are provided as well.

There is a well lit desk space, as well as a leaf-table in the kitchenette space that has an Electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge. Large closet space and cabinet storage left empty for you.

Please note there is no kitchen sink or stovetop.

Free street parking or parking on the driveway if you have a lifted vehicle.

Warning - ‼

Warning- warning- warning‼ If anything goes wrong and you want a refund, you probably won’t get it.‼My throat told me there was mold in the property therefore I could not stay there. They said there wasn’t any that it was a new issue. I believe the picture showed differently. I notified them within 10 minutes to 15 minutes after arriving, they would not give me a refund found out. Also the roof had been leaking. I would say for a while from the pictures I have Notify VRBO. The owner still would not refund. She should’ve canceled my VRBO before I arrive due to roof issues. I believe they use the money they got off me to fix the roof. If you wanna pull a bag behind you that’s not possible. There’s no walkway just a few steppingstones and a downspout for rain that goes across there so it’s muddy. Not a great place to park like I said I didn’t stay here, but I did check it out because I was here to help my daughter-in-law and a newborn in a 3 1/2 year-old. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Took advantage of a person on Social Security when clearly it was supposed to rain all week and they should have canceled. Other issue was a young kid next-door was playing headbanging music loudly at 4 PM. It looks like no one had mowed the grass in a while, except for maybe we dated where the pictures are where you would be walking on the steppingstones, which aren’t even close enough to really fully step on.
