  • Dune Top es un apartamento de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y dos niveles, que abarca la segunda y la tercera planta del edificio de Dune Villa. A los huéspedes les encantará la ubicación de esta casa de vacaciones, ya que estará a solo 200 metros de la playa ya poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas, Memorial Park, área de juegos y la biblioteca pública.

    Ingrese a la casa en el segundo piso, donde se encuentra con una gran sala de estar abierta, área de comedor y cocina que ofrece un gran espacio para pasar tiempo con la familia o amigos. La sala de estar cuenta con un amplio salón con dos sofás cama y un televisor de pantalla plana grande. El comedor tiene asientos de mesa para 8 y 4 taburetes adicionales en la isla de la cocina. La cocina está recién renovada y está totalmente equipada con estufa, microondas, lavaplatos y refrigerador.

    Hay dos habitaciones para huéspedes ubicadas en el nivel principal que están amuebladas con camas King y cada una tiene un televisor de pantalla plana. También hay un baño completo en esta planta con una ducha a ras de suelo. Hay una sala de lavandería con lavadora / secadora para uso de los huéspedes. El piso superior es el tercer dormitorio, que está amueblado con dos camas Queen, un televisor de pantalla plana, un baño privado adjunto con combinación de bañera / ducha y una mesa adicional con asientos para 4 personas. Esta habitación tiene acceso a un balcón privado con vistas al océano sobre los tejados.

    Las comodidades adicionales incluyen Wi-Fi, calefacción central / aire (solo en el piso principal, la planta superior ofrece su propia unidad de aire acondicionado / calefacción para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes). Pros: cute, convenient, great communication, had everything we needed, walking distance to the beach. Cons: multiple burnt out lightbulbs, supposed to be some under the sink but there wasn’t, broken spindles on the decks, not good with a 1 year old, refrigerator leaked, ants, dead rodent in closet at the top of the stairs, missing bathroom handle, kids would get locked in, needed to dry towels at least twice before they were dry, blood on pillow, was supposed to come fix everything, only thing fixed was a new pillow. Noise ordinance but barking dogs behind us. Loved Tybee Island, doubt we’d stay at this property again though.

June 2020 Stay

Dune Top was our rental for this week. The regular beds are comfortable, but the pull out beds are quite worn. I think the guests before us had a pet there because there were a few fleas. The water pressure in the showers is not good so it was difficult to get soap out of our hair. It rained very hard on our last day and the roof leaks badly. The washing machine was extremely loud and it’s right outside two of the bedrooms. Wifi was in and out. The location was great and the air conditioning worked well.

Misleading

This property post was misleading, the pictures did not prove accurate. There were patched over holes unpainted on the walls, the upstairs toilet seat was broken, there were many broken blinds, there were dead bugs on the window seals and a punched whole in the back of one of the doors . I will give credit the down stairs bathroom was newly renovated and the floors looked pretty new too. The common area and kitchen were open and the appliances were in good condition and clean as well. There were plenty of towels as well and distance from beach was convenient. We maybe consider a second time if they upped cleaning and uploaded more up to date pictures.

Family spring break

The home was nice, the blinds in the front bedroom are a bit small for the windows so be mindful of having the lights on at night during your stay. Other than that it was nice.

Family is the best!

We have taken our family of 9 to Helen, GA and our daughter wanted the beach this time and chose Tybee. When we found this house, it was the perfect size and within our budget! Loved how close it is to the beach and everything else we needed while we were there. Great time and great property! Only recommendation would to be to put something on the bottom of the kitchen chairs so they wouldn’t make so much noise ☺️

We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.We had twelve people and it comfortably slept us all.Its everything you need for a nice vacation.

October 2017 Stay

We LOVED Dune Top!! It was a beautiful home!! The Open plan layout was great for our big family!! We got to check in 5 hours early, the staff was always helpful with great customer service!!! We will be using y'all for our future trips!!
