Beautiful updates include all new kitchen, master bathroom, living room decor, and more gorgeous updates throughout. Enjoy your vacation from the quiet north end of Tybee Island. Bay View Villas 203 is a 2nd (middle) floor condo with great views of the bay, ships, shrimp boats, and the pool from your private balcony.

The living area includes beautiful views along with a sleeper sofa, a 55" TV, and balcony access. The kitchen is fully renovated including new fixtures and all new countertops. It is fully equipped including a dishwasher, full-size washer and dryer, and bar seating for 4. The dining area has a table that seats 4. There are ceramic tile floors throughout living areas and baths and laminate wood flooring in both bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King bed, a 40" flat-screen TV, and access to the adjoining outdoor balcony with views of the bay. The ensuite bathroom has been completely renovated with a custom tile walk-in shower and double marble vanities. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen bed and twin. This condo will sleep up to 6.

Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). This condo is not pet-friendly. The property includes 2 covered parking spaces. Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves, a perfect spot to watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a community pool just for Bay View Villas. Guests will have 2 private parking spaces within the gated complex.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. Excellent place to stay!!! Beautiful property, views, everything.The private beach made it so relaxing. The elevators were convenient. Communication was great. We got doordash orders easily. I would highly recommend this property. Absolutely wonderful!

Great property

We had a great stay here! The beach and pool were quiet so it was a perfect location for traveling with our 11 month old. The only downside is the dishwasher and dryer need an upgrade - they would require several runs to be thorough. Otherwise it was an awesome place for a family trip!

Perfect location

Great view! Beach was right over the dunes, super close and calm. Perfect location for relaxing. Nice and quiet and not at all crowded. Plenty of spots to walk to and the bike trail is right there too. Plenty of space for our family of 5.

Basic, clean, great views!

This is a great basic property with good views. The security gates make it safe. Access to a beach that isn’t busy and walking distance to shops and coffee makes the location wonderful. Renters should note—the property doesn’t have any beach gear, not even towels. So if you’re flying in, as we did, this makes it hard to bring those bulky items with you. Driving in—no problem. You must carry a key card with you at all times to access both the car gate and the pedestrian gate. Full washer and dryer sure are handy!

Loved the space

First time staying at Tybee Island in MANY years for a mother/daughter annual trip. We loved the space. It was very clean and spacious for the 2 of us. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and watching the traffic of the container ships. We would definitely love to come back!

We loved Villa 203

From the second we picked up our keys we were very happy riding onto the property. We loved the parking beneath building! Our villa was spacious, clean and beautiful. We arrived at night and had an amazing view of the pool. Whe. We woke up we went onto the spacious balcony and sat I'm the rocking chairs. My husband took pictures of everything. It is better than the pictures show. We will be back and we want to rent the same villa. Thank you!!

Good value for the money

Location is on a river beach versus oceanfront which we misunderstood. The views were still good and it was a short drive to all 3 ocean beaches. The property was nice and roomy. Our only complaint was that the bed in the master bedroom was way too hard to be comfortable and I like firm mattresses.

Perfect Tybee Getaway!

The location can’t be beat- right by the pool and a quick few steps to being right on the ocean! We loved watching the dolphins and ships come in, and the compact sand made it enjoyable (versus sand blowing in your face the whole time!) definitely would stay here again! Booking direct will save money though!

Worn accommodations, poor location resulting in a bad value

This was our first trip to Tybee Island and it wasn't ideal. The rental unit is on the 2nd floor with excellent near by parking under the building. The accommodations are really worn with uncomfortable sofa and side chair, a ratty looking bunch of mismatched dishes, low end appliances and below average towels, sheets, and blankets. The bed... OMG that bed was horrible absolutly considered sleeping on the pull out sofa. The balcony overlooks an EXTREMELY active shipping channel with at least 5 huge cargo ships bypassing daily creating the only waves this part of the shore gets. The pool is nothing special with one small umbrella at a corner table and a couple dozen lounge chairs. Overall I thought the value was disappointing and would not consider returning for another stay. I will say however the check in and check out process as super smooth and done via text message.

Dolphins, Beach, Good Food, Good Friends

Had a wonderful time with friends staying a day on the island and then exploring Savannah the following. Having stayed in the complex before, we knew what to expect, and were not disappointed. It was wonderful, and I am sure we will come back again soon. We saw dolphins each morning, the weather was perfect, the accommodations were wonderful, and our favorite pastime was watching the cargo ships head in and out of port to destinations unknown. Wow!
