Our home sits down on the corner of Miller Avenue and 6th Street on Tybee Island. Home is only a 6 minute walk to the beautiful Tybee beach and close to parks, restaurants, and shopping.
Home has 1 queen bed, 1 Full bed, 1 twin bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, a full futon, air mattresses, a comfy lazyboy couch, and some large chairs. The backyard has a fire pit area. The corner lot is great for games like corn hole and Kan Jam. Close to 6th street boardwalk. Walk to park that has basketball, tennis courts, and more. Walk to “The Deck” a beachfront seafood restaurant/bar. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. Home has an open floor plan and updated interior. New stainless appliances. 3 full baths. Parking for 6 cars. WIFI. Ms. PAC-MAN arcade game.

A Wonderful Respite from the Winter Cold

My wife and I spent three carefree weeks at this lovely house. The location was excellent. The house was well supplied and the owners very responsive. Tybee Island is a beautiful quiet area that has much to see and is also very close to Savannah for those who want all that the city offers. We were there in February typically off-season for this area.

Cousin getaway

This place was gorgeous and very clean and comfortable. Matt and Chrissy made sure we had all we needed and answered our questions quickly. We left a day early because of Hurricane Helene but recommend staying here.

We had a great time we love tybee. The house was great everything we needed super convenient having a golf cart available with the house rental loved that we could bring our pups we had everything we needed and when we had questions Matt got back to us very quickly. Great place to stay

Size of the Living area was great. Pull out sofa in living room was advertised as a bedroom. sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Master suite was beautiful. Very glad I didn’t have more than 6 people. Need new cooking pans. Yard and parking were great.

Absolutely Great Experience

We had our family reunion with 10 people for a week July 2024, and we all had plenty of space to sleep and hang out. We had the best time at this home, on the beach, on Tybee and in Savannah. The house is larger than it looks, very nicely renovated and decorated. You can tell this is someone's home-away-from-home. Everything worked and we had everything we needed. Could not have asked for a better spot. The golf cart was a blessing and it made our beach days easier and less stressful. Thank you for the wonderful job and the care you've taken with the property!

Excellent rental.

Very nice house, very conveniently located on Tybee...within minutes of mostly everything. Very well decorated! Golf cart def a bonus. The house had everything we needed, plus a lot of extras. Appreciate Matt's quick response to little hiccup we had while there. The only thing that would make it even more perfect is an outside shower!!

Overall, this is a nice clean property, however if your older or handicap it's not for you. It's not a three bedroom as advertised. But the kids loved it. The golf cart is the bomb.

Senior Trip

The house was perfect for my husband, our four teenagers, and me. The check-in process was simple and Matt was responsive to our questions. Checkout was a breeze as well. The golf cart made trekking back and forth to the beach very quick and easy. Beds are comfortable and the master bath is lovely. Highly recommend!

I can not express enough how perfect this little house was! Spacious, clean, has everything we needed. The golf cart was definitely a bonus, everyone drove it all over the island! All 6 of us agree this little house made our visit perfect!! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Lovely spot. The house was perfect for us. We had the beach to ourselves. Good weather. Golf cart was a plus. So close to Savannah. Grocery store down the road was well stocked. Great fun!!

What a lovely property at gorgeous Tybee Island! The host is responsive and laid-back, which is awesome! The house is way bigger than it looks and in such a perfect area of Tybee! We really appreciated the use of the golf cart! I can’t say enough nice things about this property, our trip to Tybee and our host. You won’t regret staying here!

Perfect for Our Beach Getaway!

Great property with very close proximity to restaurants, the beach, and a market. It was very clean. The kids had a wonderful time riding on the golf cart and playing the PacMan machine. Personally, I loved the large Master Bathroom! The beds were super comfortable, too! I would stay here again for sure!!!

Restful getaway

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family getaway. We loved the location, proximity to the beach and restaurants, and the peaceful surroundings. Great size for our family of 5 and the fenced backyard was wonderful for our dog.

Perfectly Located Home w/Lots of Space

Our trip to Tybee was a little cooler than we had hoped for, so this home was perfect as we spent quite a bit of our time lazing around, playing Ms Pac Man and all the other old-time games provided. Especially fun was the golf cart. The entry key pad was also very much appreciated. Easy to open, easy to lock. We hope our next trip will be warmer so we can enjoy the walking distance to the beach, we certainly will book this place again!!

On the Corner

It is a great location. We enjoyed Friday night bingo at the American Legion. Savannah was a short trip away. Island had lots os quaint restaurants to eat at that weren’t chain stores.

Truly a Treasure

Fantastic place!

This place is so charming! We brought our kids and dog; wonderful location and so comfortable. Incredibly clean! All you could ask for to have fun with the family on vacation. Love the fenced in back area. The golf cart was fun to cruise around in and go to the park. Highly recommend!!

Terrific stay in in Tybee

We had to take a last minute family trip to Tybee and wow did we get lucky with this place! The house was beautiful, very clean and in a great location. The house was family/kid friendly and having the golf cart was a blast to take the kids down the street to the beach. The fire pit in the back was the best spot to hang at the end of the day when it was cold out and we couldn't have felt more at home. Matt was great and responded right away if we had any questions, and the house had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Thanksgiving

This house is great. Very, very clean for allowing pets (yes we brought our dog)! Updated throughout. Good location. Golf cart was super for getting to all the hot spots. Matt was great to work with. Will be booking for next year.

Nice to get away

The best part of staying at this home was the short walking distance to the beach. We spent a fair amount of time just relaxing at the beach area as it was quiet and the weather was perfect. The home was very clean and suited us for our needs.
