Tybreeza B | Apartment, Shared Pool, Near Beach!

Enjoy the South end of Tybee in Tybreeza B - a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a historic Tybee cottage located one and a half blocks from the beach. The apartment is within the 1940s renovated apartment home. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Tybee pier and more. This quaint option is great for couples on a budget.

The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, 19-inch flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player, and the attached bath has a walk-in shower. The kitchen includes a full-size fridge and stove/oven, but there is no dishwasher. The breakfast bar has seating for 2. The casual sitting area is furnished with a small sofa.

The upstairs owners are happy to share the private swimming pool in the backyard and the gas grill. There is no landline phone or washer and dryer available. There is a laundry mat located on the island. Handicap friendly (ground level unit, not ADA compliant). Parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please Note: Tybreeza A occupies part of the ground level of this cottage. There is a 1 bedroom apartment next door, Tybreeza B. Given the age of the building you may be able to hear some sound if the other apartment is occupied during your stay. The bedroom is separated from the living area by curtains; there is no door.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. First Tybee Vacation

Tybee Is a nice Island with lots of restaurants and shops, Long Beaches and a great golf cart Island, which we rented. It was a last minute rental so not much to choose from as far as rentals. Our rental was in need of some upfitting but it was cool and location was good. But would not stay there again because the space was just not very comfortable to us. The living area could use a better couch and comfortable chairs instead of two outdoor Adirondack chairs and a little more cohesive decor. But it was clean and quiet and within walking distance to several places. You just have to decide what is important to you for your stay.

Beach Vacation

This rental is in the perfect location being a little over a block from the beach and a block or 2 from the grocery store as well as a quick walk to restaurants and bars. It has everything you need for a beach trip. We will definitely be staying again!

Did not want to leave

This place was perfect for 2 people. I loved the funky, eclectic decor. The bed was comfortable and everything we needed was there. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. We only drove to Savannah for the day which was only like 15-20 minutes and then to the lighthouse which is like 5 minutes away. The walk to the beach is easy and only a couple blocks. The pool was nice to have. There was a place that had a fire pit but there was no wood and it was turned on it's side so we didn't want to move it. The ice maker doesn't work so bring ice. We just kept dumping trays and making more but that is a long process if you need ice for a cooler. We had a really great time and would stay again in a heartbeat.

WEEKEND GETAWAY

A great location and the perfect space for our mother-daughter getaway weekend- for two people who are always out & about, don’t spend a lot of time inside- we loved this spot and slept peacefully every night! The client portal was VERY helpful and one of the most useful tools I’ve gotten to use when staying at a property. Being able to favorite our must-do’s & places to eat from an easy check in and and check out process- we loved it! Thank you for our stay here- highly recommended!

Very Beachy

We found the property to be a great location for our needs. The apartment was almost excessive with decoration, but was. not really a problem. I would recommend a night light for the bathroom. My husband & I kept flashlights by the bed so we could enter the bathroom without waking the other person up when turning on the overhead lights.

Ecletic vacation

It was an awesome experience taking you away from your norm. The whimsical monkey was hilarious. I loved most of all the adirondack rocker with the hibiscus painting. Plus I would love to know where you got the little adorable crab. This was decorated so retro you step back in time. Loved everything about it. The pool was an extra bonus!

Tybee Vintage Vibe!

This adorable rental is perfect for those wanting the Tybee vintage experience. The apartment is adorable, well furnished and the location was perfect. Bike or walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store from this location in just minutes. Close enough to enjoy the amenities of Tybee but quiet. The owners are very accommodating, the pool was sparkling clean and there are plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the piña coladas you can whip up in the blender.

A little too relaxed

The location was good being one block from beach, which was beautiful. The apt which was part of a house with owners present, was cute and had all the basics except the shower was really small.,all that was fine but it was more the area outside, around the pool that was a mess and the stuff was not hurricane related, just neglected. Everthing needed a good power wash. The outdoor grill area was a mess. You just got the feeling that the owners really didnt care anymore and the management company didnt hold them to any standards. Lastly, they decided to have aome substantial tree work starting at 830am one day and didnt have the courtesy to let us know. And to,add insult to injury our car got covered in tree debris on it bc tje work trucks were right over it. Overall, cute apt but outside was a mess and nothing against the owners , I just woukdnt stay there again. Either clean it up and care or get out of the rental,business.,
