  • Enjoy your vacation from Lighthouse Point on the north end of Tybee Island. Lighthouse Point 14B is a second-floor condo that is located just steps from the beach and pool and will offer guests a great vacation experience and beautiful views of the bay, ships, shrimp boats from your private balcony.

    The living area has comfortable seating with a flat-screen TV. There is a dining table seating up to 6 and additional outdoor seating for 4 on the balcony. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, an attached full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony with amazing views. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door and has a tub and shower combination. This property is a great option for families or two couples.

    Lighthouse Point 14B is located on the second floor for the three-level condo, but you must climb stairs as there is no elevator available in this building. There is community WIFI for guest use at the pool area. Two reserved and covered parking spaces available, spaces are narrow so over-sized vehicles may not fit.

    Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.

    POOLS: Lighthouse Point pools are open. Limited occupancy and periodic cleaning throughout the day. (Subject to change due to HOA Guidelines).

A few small things needed attention. Kitchen faucet, keyless lock on front door seemed temperamental. The lake we had to cross to get to the beach and swamp at the end of walk ways to beach was a mosquito mess .

Very nice and well maintained complex. Private beach area. Great views of ships heading into Savannah river. Unit was neat, clean, and in good repair. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience

The property was clean and safe, and the property team was extremely communicative before, during and after our stay. Property is right in the beach, you wake up with the most stunning view. Highly recommend!

Birthday Getaway

The stay overall was pleasant. We did find some dirty dishes. The patio door was difficult to open and close. The screen kept coming off the track. The chairs on the patio were very loose. Very good location to stay close to a lot of things to do.

Needs some updating but beautiful location

The property needs some updating. There was paint peeling all around the inside of front door.( in huge strips) The curtains in the living area and master bedroom had holes in them, so the sun was shining thru “quarter size” holes. Sofa cushions were sinking below the seat rim. I’ve NEVER left a bad review with VRBO before but was disappointed in the appearance not being as accurate as pictures. But complex was nice and lighthouse on the beach was perfect for family pictures. View from our deck was beautiful and enjoyed watching ships passing by. The walk to the beach was a little challenging if you’re taking a lot of stuff. And NO ELEVATOR, so over 30 steps to front door, just FYI. But overall, everything else was fine. It was very clean and beds were comfortable and we could see beautiful sunrise and sunsets! We had a great time. Loved Tybee Island

We could hear the neighbors above us every time they would walk around. Other than that, we had a great time, the view was amazing, and it was just a short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our experience. Property was as advertised, no surprises. Easy walk to the beach, great location, family friendly. Beds and furniture were comfortable. It is a little noisy - you can hear guests in other apartments so sleeping late is somewhat difficult, but I can’t really fault anyone as I don’t know how you would go about soundproofing. We would still stay again and recommend to others. Only recommendation would be to get a few more pots/pans - bigger skillet, another cookie sheet.

Beautiful, well-stocked condo and view!

We had a great time! Not the beach we usually stay on, but appreciated that it was a little quieter. The condo was well-stocked and everything was labeled, which I loved. The only problem was the "quick walk to the beach," that was advertised. If you're walking to the beach with a chair and a book, no problem. If you have 3 children like us, that walk was absolutely brutal. The walkway ends and you're suddenly pulling a wagon and carrying a heavy cooler, tent, chairs, and beach bags uphill on sand dunes. We couldn't stay there again with the amount of "stuff" we have. But the condo itself and the view were awesome!

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing girl's weekend getaway! We enjoyed wine on the balcony while watching the sunset in the evenings.. and watched the dolphins swim by as we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings!

RUN FROM THIS WEBSITE! Chris told my wife that the complex was being renovated but not our building. Will post pics of the area: pool and the unit adjacent to 14B on my tweeter account @dchall1824. Will be posting on the service website: Twitter and Facebook, Instagram. Ashley stated that Kia is the main contact. Ask for specifics and ask for Kia, not Chris or Ashley. We paid over $1500 for 4 nites....RUN FROM THIS WEBSITE! RUN FROM THIS COMPLEX!!!!
