This host stepped in and helped with a personal emergency, what an incredible human being!

The room is updated and really comfy, this is in a perfect spot too for concerts or whatever takes you there.

Room was clean and not cluttered.The private hot tub was so soothing in the night weather. We enjoyed firing up the bbq for a quick bite. It is only a few minutes away from restaurants and markets so we felt it was a perfect balance between a forest stay and our desire to eat out and visit shops. Compact but not claustraphobic, which is important to me.

We had a nice stay here. The bed was super comfy. I have to buy those sheets! 4 stars instead of 5 because the toilet rocks and outdoor table could have been cleaned since there is no indoor table.

Great spot for a getaway!

Very comfortable spot! Seamless check in via messenger system with great communication from Joe leading up to and at the end of our stay. Privacy was great as mentioned in other reviews and the room was stocked with all essentials we could have needed. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway trip

Our stay here was great from the neighborhood to the location the place was wonderful for a weekend getaway and Joe does a great job welcoming you. Most definitely will be coming back soon!

Satisfied

Enjoyed our stay, got to explore Lake Arrowhead, check in was easy, love that we had a parking space, Jacuzzi was clean and was on when we got there, Love the privacy and that they had towels for us. GPS will say that you are there but will have to move forward a little bit to find the place. It was quiet and relaxing, definitely coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay! A little cozy studio. Comfortable bed and chair. Large TV. Best part was the hot tub though! It was very clean and very hot. And super private! We really enjoyed the privacy and quiet! We will definitely stay again next time we visit the area!

A perfect location nestled in the hills off the main road in Rimforest, CA.

This place was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for!A romantic getaway for my partner and I, conveniently located in between Gregory and Arrowhead lake with plenty of restaurant options. We went on a snowy weekend, and were greeted each morning with a soft blanket of snow that really highlighted the crisp fresh air and quiet serenity of the neighborhood.The hot tub is well lit and located right outside the unit, so getting in and out at night to watch the stars was easy.I am already looking forward to my next visit here and would 100% rent this unit again. Easy choice!
