We do allow dogs for nonrefundable pet fee of $95 per pet. $50 for extra.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the quiet time after 10 pm. Otherwise, fine will be shouldered by guests minimum of $1000
★ NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY ★
Use pool at your own risk. To help keep the water crystal clear for everyone, we kindly ask that you bathe or rinse off to remove any sunscreen, lotions, conditioner, and sweat before entering.
Please be aware that introducing any soaps or powders into the pool, or significant contamination from lotions or sunblock, will result in a minimum $500 deep cleaning fee. This also applies to the hot tub, as clouding the water will necessitate an additional service to drain and refill it, incurring fines.
No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 8pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
★ NO PARTY★
Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.
★ UNAUTHORIZE LATE CHECK OUT★
Any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
★ UNAUTHORIZE GUESTS AND PETS★
Any unauthorize guests and pets are subject for fine a minimum of $500, please make sure to disclose prior booking how many guests/pets will be staying.
★ REMINDERS★
- Hot tub is on and ready for use anytime, as is pool. But pool is not heated and spa part of pool is not for guest use (because it's not heated and pump is set to pool).
- RV is part of backyard theme, not for guest use. Do not touch or enter.
