This light filled property has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the living area to keep you comfortable all Summer long.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed in generously sized room with a large walk-in robe
Bedroom 2: Two long single beds and a rear balcony. These beds can be combined to make a King size bed. If you require this set up, please advise one of our staff when your reservation is made.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.

Enjoy sun-soaked days at Kingscliff Beach and explore the tranquil Cudgen Creek for swimming and kayaking, just like the locals.
