"The room was very spacious, also the staff was very courteous & kind"

"Stayed here a year ago and had a good experience. The place has aged considerably in a year. Hallway wallpaper is peeling at the seams, drawers on the cabinet in our room didn't stay shut, sheets on one of our beds were not totally clean, place is just kinda tired on the inside."

"The room was clean enough. The hot water took several minutes to get to our room and was not very hot. We only stayed 2 nights. On the second day we ran out of toilet paper. I went to the office to ask for another roll and the woman told me they did not have toilet paper in the office and I needed to contact housekeeping. "My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff."

"The room was so damp that everything felt wet. The carpet, the bedding and furniture. The room smelled musty from the dampness."

"The room was really cheap, so that was great. Because of the price, I have four stars instead of less. The room was clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. However there was no trash can anywhere and the tub faucet leaked, leaving a strong bad smell in the room (damp smell). "First, the pool was disgusting. The room was ok, but no curtains on the windows and the blinds did not filter out the light; which kept me up all night. And the entrance is weird being right off a 4 lane highway and hard to see."
