Amani Hideaway with an 180 degree View over Moriah Harbors turquoise Water

Amani is a luxury waterfront home situated in Hartswell, Exuma Bahamas with magnificent views over Moriah Harbor National Park. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. The deck area has an infinity pool and loungers with views over the beautiful sapphire waters which is unique to Exuma. You can rent a boat to go and explore the lazy river. Just take a dive from the dock into natures own swimming pool with great snorkeling spots around the rocks. We do have a dock for rental boats. The kitchen is fully equipped and the garden provides privacy. Enjoy the outdoor showers at masters bedroom and junior suite.

We had such a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home! The pictures can't fully capture the beauty of the view, it was spectacular. The house was spotless and bright and airy. Everyone we worked with was lovely and the whole process was so easy. The house had everything we needed and was so comfortable. We loved the pool, the dock, the outdoor furniture, spotting sea turtles, conch, and sting rays, exploring the beaches of Exuma, and meeting the friendly people. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for hosting us, we can't wait to return!

I can’t say enough nice things about this house! Clean, bright and beautifully furnished with excellent outdoor living. The view is amazing plus a great pool and dock for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen was outstanding with everything you need. It was not our plan but we ended up staying in and cooking dinner every night. We rented a car (at airport) and a boat; highly recommend…… so many places to explore and easy to get around. Stay here!!

Excellent Choice on Exuma

Casa Amani was the perfect house for our family vacation! It was in a great location with beautiful views over Moriah Harbor. Monica was incredibly helpful throughout the process of booking, planning, arriving, and suggesting restaurants. She even did the initial grocery run which was absolutely wonderful!I would certainly stay here or at another property she manages again!

One word . . . Paradise!

Our stay at the Amani House was nothing short of spectacular. Communication with the host, Monica, was easy and efficient. She added special touches like meeting us at the airport to let us follow her to the property, having someone there to help with luggage for 6 people (no small feat) and even an amazing birthday cake delivered to the house to help make my birthday extra special. She shopped for us so that we could arrive, unpack, relax in the pool and have a cold Kalik immediately. Monica referred a local chef who prepared a delicious meal of seafood delights. Now about the house. Beautiful gardens framed the entrance. The home was like a dream come true. The accommodations were elegant, comfortable and beautiful. The space was perfect for 6 of us with private bathrooms for each couple. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We ended up eating most of our evening meals in just because the space was so nice. It helped that one of us loves to cook too. The outdoor living space was protected from the sun and so comfortable. We spent our early mornings having coffee and breakfast in this space as we watched the tide change and reveal breathtaking views of Moriah Harbor. Our evenings were spent relaxing in the pool and enjoying the outdoor "living room" as well. We enjoyed having a dock the snorkeling was great and we explored with the kayaks. We will be coming back. My family created lasting memories in this private oasis with the best view on Exuma.
