They were able to check us in earlier. We showered and plugged in blow dryer to find the outlet doesn’t work. They did come up quickly to repair it but by that point we needed to be at a party unable to blow dry our hair,wet hair. The bathroom faucet smelled like sewage and there was no hot water ...

Good value. Staff is great! Shuttle service, on point, reliable and easy to request. Facilities are outdated a bit but the service & responsiveness request/concerns made it pleasant as our stay was primarily a quick visit to Busch gardens

clean room, loved the bed, very comfortable, quiet area, I wasn't able to enjoy the pool, but it looked good. Honestly, because of the price, I wasn't expecting much—great place, convenient, 20 mins away from downtown and the airport.

Everything was good except the hot water took a long time to get to the bathroom. While a hotel system to re-circulate the water might be a big expense, the cost might be offset by the expense of water. Otherwise we loved the space and location.
