"Hôtel ,à la hauteur de mes attentes,,personnelles ,à l’écoute ,souriant , très bien situé au centre ville de Montréal. Piscine chauffée,salle de sport au top .et le restaurant magnifique."

"We really appreciated its location - we were close to many places we wanted to see. The unit was very clean and it was on a quiet street."

"The smoked salmon, yogurt, and croissants at breakfast were delicious. The location was very convenient, right near Notre-Dame Cathedral."

"Such a charming and cozy hotel! The small and exceedingly inviting lobby was always abuzz with guests having a glass of wine or just sitting by the fireplace. The view from our room was lovely, featuring the ferris wheel and river walk. The room was very comfortable. And the SHOWER WAS MAGNIFICENT! Great pressure (unusual for such a historic district, I thought). Book the hotel restaurant ahead if you want to have a meal there. We did not, but only because it was full. "Wonderful in every way. Thank you!"

"Amazing place to stay loved every moment. I wish we stayed longer and that the room service was every day! Heated toilet and bidet were amazing - staff were also terrific. Really clean and cozy. There is parking across the street that you will have to pay for. Thank you sonolux!"

"Great location in old town. A block from the Notre Dame Cathedral and very close to great restaurants. A very walkable city. Highly recommended to stay at the Bonaparte."

"After having stayed at various hotels in Montreal, William Gray ranks number 1 for us. The amenities, the service, and the rooms are excellent."

"The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room had a mini-fridge and a suitcase stand, which were useful. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes' walk to a hub Metro station, from which it's very easy to get around Montreal. However, the room is very small and the bathroom is tiny, which is fine if you're only using it as a place to sleep."

"Very good breakfast"

"Had a lovely stay at Hyatt centric. The view from the rooftop pool is exceptional."

"Beautiful room, lovely hotel"

"The location was great, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower also had good water pressure. However, we had issues with the TV during our stay. We reached out for assistance and answered a few troubleshooting questions, but the team completely stopped communicating and never resolved the issue. As a result, we didn't have a working TV at night. disappointed in the lack of follow-through and amenities we didn’t get to use."

"I will definitely be coming back.. friendly staff, great rooms.. close to all amenities.. I’m in Montreal a few times a year. Fantastic stay. Highly recommend."
