The apartment is new, it has a King Size bedroom and a private terrace. It has a full marble bathroom.
The living room area has a sofa bed ideal for two children (or 1 adult), Smart TV and access to Netflix and Wifi Internet. It is located on the first floor with garden view and access to the pool just a few steps away.
The apartment is ideal for long stays as it is fully equipped, it has a personal washing and dryer machine. The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, glassware, pans and more.
About the Condominium:
It is a totally new, quiet and cozy exclusive condominium with only 20 apartments, its architecture and eco-chic design is the perfect balance between the modern life of the Mayan Riviera, its nature, and the mysticism of Tulum.
The common areas share a nice pool, jacuzzi and barbecue área. Private security 24 hours.
The apartment is located on the ground floor in front of the common pool.
