The Villa is also in THE perfect location for a visit to tulsa, only 2 blocks from from Tulsa's fabulous Gathering Place Park, and only minutes from downtown, the BOK center, Brookside and utica square. Boosting a spacious interior 3774 sq ft and exterior areas with a gorgeous rooftop deck and balcony, allowing views of the pool, surrounding neighborhood. The Villa is a gated Mediterranean style house with a large pool and a layout that lends itself to entertaining while also providing seclusion for those guests wishing to get some quiet time. With a blend of gorgeous italian architecture and beautiful, authentic western art, this home truly is one of a kind. Also, we have two bikes, one adult small, and one large bike allow you to take advantage of the many miles of riverside bike paths that are only a block away!

Linden met me for check in and conducted a tour of his lovely historic home. There are many modern upgrades and the beds were very comfy. The pool kept us all cool in the summer heat. A lovely place to relax!

I VRBO a lot and this is the first time that a host has met me there and given me a tour of the house plus showed me how everything works. Great host and an absolutely amazing property. I will try to book this property every time that I’m in Tulsa.

We absolutely loved staying at this Italian Villa! It was cozy, spacious, clean, well-equipped and very well decorated. We all loved it! It truly feels like an escape to Italy with this backyard. 10/10 would recommend and we plan to return!

This is a beautiful villa! The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved that our group of 6 had plenty of room to congregate or spread out. The patio was lovely but due to equipment malfunction the pool and hot tub were too cold to use. We still spent a lot of time there. The host, Linden was phenomenal. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the home and artwork.

Mae's Midtown Villa

Our stay at Mae's Midtown Villa was wonderful! The home and grounds were beautiful and the host Linden was an absolutely lovely person and very communicative. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again when we are in Tulsa.

Beautiful place in great neighborhood

Home is beautiful and comfortable. Location is very central; easy to get around. Walkable to gathering place. Helpful owner; easy check in/out. Will return if in area again!

Host was very nice. Home was great with a lot of historic significance in an amazing neighborhood right next to The Gathering Place. House setup is a little unique and noise travels since it is an older house. However it worked fine for us. We could have fit our family of six in the master bedroom
