Welcome to The Midtown Gem — a designer-renovated 3BR/2BA home in the heart of Tulsa`s Midtown arts district. Minutes from the Gathering Place, Philbrook Museum of Art, BOK Center, and the Expo Centre. Steps from Cherry Street cafes, close to the Blue Dome District, and just a mile from the University of Tulsa. Perfect for families, event-goers, and business travelers alike.

Step inside to discover designer-curated decor, brand new appliances, and beautifully remodeled bathrooms. The open kitchen features granite countertops, a large island with seating, and a 75-inch smart TV — ideal for cooking while watching the game. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and enjoy 6 Roku smart TVs throughout the home for all your streaming needs.

Three comfortable bedrooms await: a king master suite with a private en-suite bathroom and 55-inch Roku TV, a queen bedroom with a vanity mirror, and a cozy guest room. Two fully equipped workspaces make this home ideal for remote workers and business travelers.

The private game room is the crown jewel of The Midtown Gem — featuring ping pong, darts, ring toss, and a 4K TV. Whether you`re hosting a tournament night or just unwinding after exploring Tulsa`s arts scene, this room delivers.

Primary guest must be 25+. Book The Midtown Gem and experience the best of Tulsa`s vibrant arts and culture scene from a beautifully designed home base.
We can accommodate different hours upon request and availability, upon request.
No Smoking, or vaping allowed. If you smoke outside, please do not discard in the yard.
Maximum number of overnight guests is 6.
If you use the grill, please leave the cover off when you check out. The housekeepers will clean it and replace the cover.
If you have trash, please place it in the grey bin by the garage when you leave. Trash day is Friday, if you happen to be staying Thursday night into Friday morning and have trash, please place by the street in the morning.
No pets are allowed.
We know accidents happen, so if you break something please let us know so we can have it replaced for the next guest.
Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
Please close and lock all doors and windows and shut off lights when leaving.
Please close umbrella on patio when not in use to prevent damage in windy conditions.

Great quiet recovery getaway

I came for an outpatient surgery in Tulsa and this was a perfect clean classy gem hidden near the Tu campus on edge of midtown. Excellent hosts and prompt attention to any needs.

Excellent stay!

We were in Tulsa for a baseball tournament. From the reservation process to check out, all went very smoothly. House was very clean and comfy. Hosts are accommodating and wonderful to work with. If we have any future trips to Tulsa, we will inquire on this Gem first.

This house is absolutely adorable. Everything has been updated to reflect a modern flair with quality materials and decor. Very quiet neighborhood that’s close to everything you could need. Literally 5 min to Expo Center. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you for a great place to stay!!

Great location and totally remodeled

The house has been completely updated with all new furnishings both inside and out. The kitchen and bath was equipped with everything needed. Coffee selections were provided at the coffee bar. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Lots of TV’s. The location is very close to great restaurants and shopping.. One of the best rentals we have stayed. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return

Hidden Gem!

We only had one night, but this cute house was a perfect spot for my friends to meet up and have some relaxing “family” time. We played games, napped on the couch, and stayed up way too late talking around the awesome dining room table. Location was perfect for us to get downtown for a concert and dinner quickly, and there were tons of lunch options nearby on our way out this morning. 10/10, will use again for our next meet up! Thank you!
