Here, where skiing, cross-country skiing and snow sports in general are very popular, we offer you the perfect starting point for your adventures on the 100 kilometres of ski slopes from Sedrun Andermatt to Disentis. In the midst of this breathtaking scenery is the source of the young Rhine - an area whose natural beauty makes for unforgettable experiences.

Newly renovated in 2017, the house presents itself in a unique Grisons style, very well maintained and optimally tailored to the needs of holiday apartment guests. Inside, the studio is lovingly furnished with lots of local wood. The floors are covered with fine parquet and the bathroom shines with high-quality Vals quartzite tiles. The kitchen also impresses with its solid wood furnishings and offers everything you need to be creative on holiday.

Outside, the house is in a quiet location, yet only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Sedrun and the train station. From here you can easily reach the large ski slopes, which you can reach either by train or car within a few minutes.
