Alles super! Immer wieder gerne!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ansprechend. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Der Vermieter Herrr Sosa ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Von der Dachterrasse blickt man auf das Meer und den Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung immer wieder mieten.

Excellent apartment

This 1 bedroom, very clean, remodeled apartment on the top floor was perfect for all of us. The largest and best deck off the backside bedroom was amazing. Its openness, privacy, and views across Gran Tarajal to the foothills were perfect. We all spent our morning coffee time and afternoon/evening retreat time enjoying this deck. I highly recommend this comfortable apartment. It is in a quiet, nice, neighborhood restaurants and markets. We walked, and saw everything with ease from this location. Nice home away from home

We stayed in this flat for 14 nights this winter. The flat is on a perfect central location, in the Gran Tarajal city. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone. The flat is really comfortable and has all the amenities that are mentioned in the advertisement. The hosts of the flat were also very helpful. The communication and the booking process were all going very smooth. When we arrived they showed us everything that we should visit on the Fuerteventura island. I was amazed of their kindness

RELAX Y DESCANSO PERFECTO

Es un apartamento-atico para dos personas en un sitio tranquilo. Tanto el mobiliario como la ubicación y el trato del propietario SON EXCELENTES.Tienes una playa muy familiar muy cercana, a dos minutos andando.Las fotos del anuncio son reales. El paseo de Gran Tarajal está a dos minutos, con restaurantes muy recomendables y a muy buen precio. No es necesario coger coche. Supermercados, tiendas y todo lo necesario, cerca del apartamento.Muy recomendable !!!!!!!!!!!

Ático precioso, desde donde se disfruta de una maravillosa vista a la mar. Gracias Paco Sosa por tu amabilidad, tu atención al cliente ,presto a resolver cualquier incidencia que se te plantee, pero sobre todo muchísimas gracias por tu calidad humana.Es un verdadero placer pasar las vacaciones en Fuerteventura teniéndote a ti de anfitrión.El año que viene repetimos. La isla es una maravilla de la naturaleza, para disfrutar de sus hermosas playas y de sus enigmáticas y mágicas montañas.Para senderismo, bicis, actividades acuaticas o sencillamente para pasear dejando que la paz que rezuma te sumerja en su encanto.

Gran día de fiesta desde el primer día .

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine sensationelle große offene Terrasse, mit Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen und zum Badestrand. Die hellen Räume sind sauber und gepflegt und die Raumaufteilung ist gut gelungen. Die schöne Küche, das Badezimmer und der Wohnraum mit SAT-TV und W-Lan sind fantastisch ebenso das Schlafzimmer. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind ausgezeichnet und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und der überaus freundlichen Vermieter war sehr behilflich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Mit den Bussen von Gran Tarajal bzw. mit einem Mietwagen ist die ganze Insel bequem zu bereisen. Wir haben den Frühsommer 2015 14 Tage lang genossen und werden natürlich wiederkommen.

Très agréable

Situation idéale près de la ville et de la plage. Appartement propre avec l’essentiel. Merci à Francisco pour les bouteilles d’eau et les fleurs. Propriétaire, courtois et discret. À préciser la vue de la terrasse est superbe. Nous en garderons un très beau souvenir. Pour que cela soit parfait il faudrait qu’une partie de la terrasse soit ombragée afin d’en profiter toute la journée . De plus un ventilateur serait le bienvenu pour les rares nuits sans vent. Gran Tarajal une ville loin du tourisme de masse qui permet d’être dans une station familiale Canarienne mais en même temps pas très éloigné des principaux sites à visiter entre 30 mn et 1 heure suivant les lieues. Idéal pour se ressourcer…

AMAZING¡¡¡

Dieses Jahr ging es an die Ostkuste. App Paco Sosa war unser Urlaubziel in Gran Tarajal. Die Ausstattung entsprachen den Angaben der homepage das Haus war sauber, gepfegt und befindet sich in guten Zustand. Wir waren von Vermitter Signor Paco gut vorbereitet und sehr gut betreut.Der Kontakt mit Herr Paco ist professionel und sehr freundlich. Der App ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht in der Kuche, ruhige Lage zum Entspannen. Die Terrasse ist gross und man hat eine wunderschoene Aussicht auf den Ozean und man kann die Sonnenaufgaenge geniessen.In diesen App kannst du gut deinen Urlaub verbringen. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Man kann die Ruhe geniessen und am Strand dem Ozean lauschen.Tolle Brandung. Ein guter Punkt um die Insel zu erkunden.Wir koennen die Unterkunft uneingeschraenkt weiterempfehlen und wir werden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank und die besten Gruesse an Herr Paco

Fantastische Penthouse-Wohnung

Unser Besuch in Gran Tarajal Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Dachwohnung mit Terrasse und Meerblick und wieder sehr zufrieden! Unser Vermieter Paco ist sehr aufmerksam und herzlich und gibt auch gerne Tipps jeder Art für den Aufenthalt. Die Dachwohnung ist von der Größe gerade richtig für 2 Personen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem, was man für die Ferien am Meer benötigt, ausgestattet. Vor allem ist die Wohnung sehr sauber, was für uns wichtig ist! Der Ort Gran Tarajal ist kein Touristenort mit Hotels etc., darauf legen wir persönlich Wert. Er hat eine kleine Promenade mit Cafes und Restaurants und einen sehr schönen Strand, der bei unseren beiden Aufenthalten (Juli/August und April) nie überlaufen war. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt für den täglichen Einkauf sowie einige kleine Läden und ein tolles Fischrestaurant am Hafen, was uns persönlich auch zum zweiten Mal begeistert hat. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass man alles bequem zu Fuss erreichen kann (3-10min); für die größeren Einkäufe und Besichtigungen sind ein Mietwagen von Vorteil. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und danken Paco für seine Gastfreundlichkeit! Hasta pronto!

Schhhhh keep this wee gem a secret

A small property perfect for 1-2 adults great use of space and a terrace that truely delivers on a view. Only 3 properties in total in the building so very peaceful dispite being in a working town and with other properties close by. Great wificonnection in the property, great shower water pressure and always plenty of hot water. Washing machine was an added bonus but allowed us to wash beach towels (provided) and bedlinen etc during our stay. I requested a parasol for the terrace as it is a real sun trap all day from sunrise until late afternoon and Paco provided this straight away with another we could take to the beach.. Being on the top floor you get a lovely through breeze when you have all the windows and doors open in the flat so no need for any extra A/C Totally fell in love with Gran Tarajal and this apartment so will definitely be back. We got a taxi from the airport approx €60 each way but there is a bus from airport to bus station in gran Tarajal route 16 approx €5 only a short walk to apartment Buses are great very cheap and reliable used them quite a bit ( cash only) About 10-12 good restaurants all waterfront they all close on different days so get to visit them all great to mingle with local Spanish families out celebrating and eat fresh fish If you fancy a late night by the harbour front there is a cocktail bar open until 3am Thur-Sat 2 great supermarkets close bed linen etc during our stay

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, das Bett sehr gut. Auf der Dachterrasse fehlte leider ein Sonnenschutz und das Sofa war schon arg in die Jahre gekommen. Ärgernis: wir hatten vorab wegen einer Gehbehinderung gefragt, ob es einen Aufzug gibt. Das wurde verneint aber es seien ja nur 28 Treppenstufen. Es waren aber 50 Stufen und das hat uns vor allem den Einkauf sehr erschwert.

Beau petit appartement intime !

On se sent bien à deux dans ce petit appartement agrandi grâce à la grande terrasse vue sur l'océan. Le beau paseo qui longe l'océan, du port à la belle plage de sable fin noir, permet une ballade à pieds très agréable, tranquille, car pas envahi par les touristes !

Eine wunderschöne Woche in einem noch nicht überlaufenen Ferienort

Es war alles perfekt, vor allen Dingen der fantastische Ausblick von der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, nur das Badezimmer könnte etwas größer sein und mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten bieten. Eine Entschädigung bietet jedoch die große Terrasse mit Liegestühlen zum Genießen.

Ganz schön, aber deutlich kleiner als angegeben

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt, und Paco Sosa ist ein sehr angenehmer und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Den Abzug gibt es, weil die Wohnung höchstens die Hälfte der angegebenen 85 qm hat - wovon wiederum etwa die Hälfte auf die sehr schöne Sonnenterasse entfällt. Die Wohnung selbst dürfte kaum mehr als 20 qm haben, das Doppelbett ist zudem recht schmal. Wohl gefühlt haben wir uns trotzdem, und alle anderen Angaben stimmen.
