"You can’t always park at the front. However there’s plenty of parking around the hotel."

"A great deal for a basic room - clean, as expected mostly. Only issue we had was very poor drainage in the bathroom (room #110). Water pooled across the whole tile floor immediately, and it was VERY slippery. Shower needs a retaining wall or much better spray curtain."

"This place is very special! I can’t say enough about the owner and his staff, the breakfast experience, and the overall comfort, cleanliness, and timeless design of the space. Parking is easy, just a few steps away from the entrance. The bed was very comfortable (which is very important to me). The room was impeccably clean. I met wonderful guests and enjoyed my time getting to know the owner and hearing the history of the property and future growth."

"Everything was phenomenal. They do a scavenger hunt for the kiddos and also provide snores kits for the fire pits. So much fun. Our view wasn’t the best but we weren’t in the room much anyway."

"Location"

"Zermatt is based on a german town of the same name, and strives to emulate the same ascthetics. In this regard, it succeeds. But I suspect that, after Covid hit, it never fully recovered. There are empty buildings, small aspects that require attention, and outdated signage. Also, the spa is not complementary."

"Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. "
