This is a brand new listing for a completely renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home is located on the extremely popular east side of Tucson near the historic Old Spanish Trail and it is situated in a quiet community near shopping, restaurants, and the world renowned Saguaro National Forest with biking and hiking trails.
Introducing the newly completed outdoor living experience which includes an aggregate stone patio, lush plants and flowers and a beautiful rose garden trellis.
This home features large common living spaces with an open concept and ample seating in the living room and a dining room table.
The living room has a 65 inch TV and includes: Paramount+, Disney+, Netflix, Plex, ESPN+, Hulu, and many more channels and high speed internet.
The kitchen has been fully remodeled and features a coffee station. The kitchen has all new appliances, Quartz countertops, wood flooring and tile galore. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!
The bathroom is completely updated and stylish and features a double vanity, skylight for natural lighting, and a beautiful dark gray tile floor.
The bedrooms feature one king bed in the Master Suite and a guest bedroom with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have premium mattresses and luxury linens and beautiful custom features. Each bedroom has large windows with private patio views, blackout curtains or roll down privacy shades. Each bedroom has ample closet space and chest of drawers for folded clothing.
The outdoor spaces offers a huge private entry courtyard with lighting for outdoor evening enjoyment and comes furnished with a patio table and 4 chairs with a large umbrella and a chaise lounge. The side yard patio has a seating area, a small bistro table with 2 chairs and a bar-b-que grill. My favorite outdoor spot! Also, there is a large private rear and side yard with a planting garden with lots of flowers and plants. Very nice bonus space.The other amenities include a beautiful community heated pool located a short walking distance from the property or drive and park within a minute if you are packing a picnic, drinks, and other items like floaties. There are showers and bathrooms as well as a charcoal grill area with an outdoor refrigerator and lots of tables, chairs and lounge chairs. The common area also has tennis and pickleball courts, and a basketball court. The key to the gate is located inside the closet by the front door. The pool is closed down during the winter time. Beautiful home and great host

Beautifully decorated home that is fully stocked. Has access to a pool and the location was very convenient. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We will stay there again on our next trip to Tucson.

Fabulous stay in dream property w comfortable bed

This is one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed in. Beautiful and tasteful decor throughout. Well appointed and easy access to many east/south Tucson area sights and attractions. Our family members rented the 3 bed 2 bath next door concurrently and it was a great arrangement for our family. Communication was great. Check-in easy. Would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed here for a week the 1st week in March. A top-notch choice. The home was spotlessly clean. Very charming and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The outside area was beautiful. Comfy and Cozy

Valerie thought of everything needed to make a stay enjoyable and comfortable at this property. I loved the location (very close to grocery stores and restaurants.) We enjoyed bird watching from the family room everyday. It was home away from home for us for the month of February, Lots of privacy. Lots of places to sit and relax outside. It was perfect. I highly recommend this property and Valerie was very accessible.

Terrific!

Property was immaculate and just as pictured. This is an older home that is fully and beautifully remodeled. Beds were very comfortable. Good WiFi and streaming options. Two outdoor seating areas that were private. Communication with the owner was good and check in was easy. It is a few minutes away from Saguaro National Park. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!!

Convenient, Clean & Cozy

We stayed in this property in Tucson in early January 2025. It is convenient to Saguaro National Park, where we hiked for several days.The house is good sized, very clean and well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a king-sized bed, which is a nice feature!It is located in a quiet neighborhood, not too far from grocery stores and multiple restaurants. Val, the property manager, was very quick to respond to questions and had excellent suggestions for dining.We enjoyed the stay very much!

Cozy Retreat

Our host was exceptional. The property was the oasis we needed while traveling to visit a loved one in hospice. Everything we needed was there and the outdoor spaces were beautiful at sunset.

This place is a peaceful get away. Beautifully decorated. Also easy to get to everything we wanted to do and see. Definitely a home away from home. Hoping to be able to come stay again. The beds are so comfortable and I usually can’t sleep well even at home due to a bad back. I had no back pain at all on this mattress! Amazing!!!

This house is a WOW!

We loved every thing about this house and the property. Val thought of everything to make it cozy, homey and beautiful - inside and out! Val’s home was better than expected! It is very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and quiet. Val was easy to reach and communicate with. The garden patios are so comfortable and peaceful. Tucson delight!

This is a great place. Very lovely and tastefully furnished. Book it, you won’t be disappointed. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking and baking. Super clean, spacious and a great location for a variety of adventures. We had some hiccups with internet service, but Val was very attentive to resolving the issue. Communicating with her was easy and prompt. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. Kleenex in every room! (which we so appreciated as we were both dealing with terrible colds!) This is easily one of the best places we have stayed and we’ll definitely be looking to stay here again when we return to the area. A+++!

One of the All-time Greatest Rental Experience!

The problem with the typical scenario of giving a 5 out of 5 rating when an experience is satisfactory is that it leaves no room for a higher rating when an experience is truly head-and-shoulders above merely satisfactory. Cute, comfortable, and clean, and a wonderful host! The idea was to find a place to sleep because we intended to spend all our time at family get togethers, but after seeing this home, we altered plans so that we could spend more time here. You will not be disappointed here!! Awesome overall experience!
