Welcome to your home away from home! This modern, spacious 4-bed, 2 bath located 5 minutes from Saguaro National Park has everything you need to relax and recharge with family and friends. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering to eat, play board games, and watch movies on the 75inch tv equipped with surround sound speakers. Step outside to the back yard to enjoy cookouts at the grill and a nice soak in the huge hot tub. Need to rest? Find four clean and cozy bedrooms to rest your head.

The house is located in the quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just 5 minutes from Saguaro National Park.

LIVING AND DINING:
Inside, you`ll walk into an open-floor plan with the dining room and living room. The living room couches pictured will soon be replaced with a HUGE comfy sectional (already purchased and delivering soon). Watch tv and movies on the 75-inch smart tv with an adjustable mount and surround-sound system. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal and, of course, plenty of coffee. Enjoy meals at the large dining table or large patio table just outside the kitchen.

4 BEDS, 2 BATHS:
KING: One king-sized bedroom with refurbished solid wood furniture, a beautifully remodeled bathroom and shower, and ample closet space.
QUEENS: Three cozy queen bedrooms with refurbished solid wood furniture and plenty of closet space.
BATHS: The second bathroom is also recently remodeled and has an amazing Jetted soaking tub, for when you want to soak in the hot tub but are don`t feel like going outside.

SUPPLIES: Bathrooms and kitchens are stocked with all normal essentials. There are plenty of extra towels and linens in the linen closet. The house also comes with plenty of cleaning supplies and safety features such as fire extinguishers and first-aid kits.

OUTSIDE: Step outside to the back yard to enjoy a soak in the huge hot tub, and cookouts and dinners on the beautiful patio table nestled under both shade and a fan for warmer days.

You`ll have sole, private access to the entire house, with the exception of a couple storage closets located inside the carport.

I live here in Tucson and I am here for guests. Unlike many hosts, I handle most of the things, including cleanings, by myself. I will send information before, during and near the end of a stay. Beyond that, I am happy to interact as much or as little as my guests prefer. Guests should feel comfortable reaching out at any time with questions or concerns--whether they are airbnb related or guests just want to know the best places to hike or grab a bite to eat. While I try to provide guests with all they need to have a great stay, I`m just a quick drive away to support them in any way needed.
