  • Summary:
    Amazing Location... We offer a peaceful oasis just blocks away from Tucson best offerings: great Restaurants, micro breweries, coffee shops, pickle-ball courts, live music, shopping etc. Stroll through the historic treelined streets with bungalow style homes, to our neighborhood "Time Market" for fresh, on site, baked bread, cheeses and a great beer/wine selection. Hikers/explorers love the easy access to "Gates Pass" the mountains and beyond..or stay "home" and relax in our lush garden atmosphere.

    The Space:
    You arrive and will be greeted by Alexandra who will direct you where to park, behind a manual gate...you will walk through the garden to the blue door, through the mud room, pass laundry room door.. you then enter the kitchen/sitting area, and the bedroom is to the left. You have a large bedroom with a private patio and spacious full bath with soaking tub.

    Guest Outdoor Amenities :
    The entry garden area has a tree canopied table and comfortable chairs,

    The Neighborhood:
    Trend-setting neighborhood, we are located on quiet residential street 5 blocks from Downtown.
    Lovely walk to Historic 4th Avenue and the University of Arizona, great restaurants, nightclubs and unique shops.

    Getting Around:
    Free parking in back of house, for one car, free street parking for additional cars. Free trolley and buses available 2 blocks away on 4th Avenue, bike rental available less than 1/2 block from us.

    Interaction with Guests:
    I live next-door and am available 24/7 If I am out of town there will be a co-host available.

Stylish home in a great location

We loved our stay here. Everything about the house was impeccable. Alexandra, the owner, was delightful and attentive. Everything is updated with fantastic kitchen appliances, and washer dryer. Highly recommend this property!

Great room with adjacent common area in downtown Tuscon. Private parking, wifi, full kitchen. Host was easy to contact and helpful. Loved it!

Well appointed

Plenty of space for 2 people, very nice kitchen, bedroom & bathroom. Living room adequate. Comfy bed if you like firm. We older folks would have appreciated a pillow top, but comfort level of bed still above average. Lovely landscaping in private yard/patio. Host very accommodating. We did not receive door code until after we arrived. Host met us in parking lot.

Fabulous House Close to Everything!

This house is light and bright and is decorated beautifully and has recently been completely updated with high quality finishes. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities, and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower as well as a fabulous free-standing soaking tub. The bedroom features a king bed with cozy bedding and a small private courtyard out the back door. Off the kitchen is a large courtyard with flowering shrubs and trees and a patio table to sit and relax with a glass of wine. Alexandra met us upon our arrival and showed us around. She was very friendly and made us feel at home. The home is located so that all the museums, attractions, and restaurants we visited were easy to get to. We would definitely stay here the next time we're in Tucson.

This is a great rental property

1. Alex is a great host. 2. She spent two years remodeling the property. She is an architect and she has a great sense of artistry and design. 3. She was warm and helpful with requests we had while we were staying there. 4. The lay out is very comfortable. We had our own private room and it was attached to a large kitchen that is shared with another rental room.. Everything is new and nicely appointed. There is a large window that looks west that is over the sink area. We could sit at the table and look out the window while we were having tea and breakfast. In the evening there would be a great view of the sky and the sunset. 5. We will be back to visit with Alex and stay in this comfortable venue.
