Early check in between 1pm-3pm is $50. Late check out after 11:30am-1pm is $50. My property manager (Parents and an 8 years old boy) lives on the far end unit of the property. They have agreed to be fully cooperative by having little to no contact with guests to ensure privacy. The manager also have no access to any guest amenities. Only shared area will be the south yard.

Stay during UofA Family Week

Our experience at this property during the University of Arizona family weekend was disappointing, especially considering the elevated rate. While we understand prices might increase during busy weekends, the home did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards. Upon arrival, the house was dusty, and there was red sauce splattered on the kitchen ceiling. The windows were visibly dirty, and the living room furniture was old, broken, and uncomfortable – one couch was so worn out, iand uncomfortable. Additionally, the TVs were difficult to use, and only the one in the game room functioned correctly. The massage chair and outlet in the master bathroom were also not operational, and we encountered a dirty coffee pot and broken utensils in the kitchen. The listing photos made the property appear recently renovated, which was misleading. The home looked nothing like the pictures in terms of condition, with outdated furniture, mismatched decor, and a lack of upkeep. On a positive note, the hosts were responsive to our inquiries, which was appreciated. However, for future guests, I highly recommend investing in a professional cleaning service for a deep clean and ongoing maintenance. Replacing the living room furniture, pillows, and rugs would also make a significant difference.

Family gathering

There were 9 of us and 3 children and the place accommodated us. Kitchen was decently stocked and beds were comfortable. Spacious outdoor area and plenty of parking. Very private.

Great views!

The views from both sides of the house are fantastic - beautiful sunrise & sunset. The house is perfect for large groups - the game room got a lot of use. Lots of parking and plenty of space for everyone. The casita is a nice get-away from the main house.

Christmas in Tucson

Great property with beautiful views. The owner was very accommodating when we asked him for an exception to one of the rules, and the property manager was extremely helpful and friendly. This property is great for hosting a large dinner, with a lot of space inside and out. Also a good location mid-distance to downtown, Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Park. Highly recommended.

We had a very small wedding at this property and it was perfect for our family, the pool was refreshing, the game room was loved by the teens and little ones, there was plenty of space for everyone, lots of seating, and comfy beds, checking in was super easy, I would highly recommend this place for groups with multi age kids

Great Package

Great stay ... accommodated a small celebration with ease. The separation of roominess allowed an almost perfect space for all age levels. Some minor cleanliness concerns were addressed, and Matthew was gracias with question support and welcomed feedback for improvements. Plenty of parking with an interesting entry...and a great view... We look forward to staying again.

Family vacation

This place was perfect for all of us! My relatives lived 10 minutes away so we were able to see them every day. So much room and comfortable. Close to the malls and grocery stores. Matthew was very good at responding to any needs or questions. Will try to come back again.

Great stay!

Matt's home is the perfect place to stay if you're going to be hosting a large group! The main home has 3 bedrooms and the casita has 2 bedrooms. each room besides the master had more than 1 bed in it which made it very easy to sleep 10+ people. Casita was a nice escape for those who didn't want to stay awake as late as others. We did not use the pool as much as we expected as it was on the colder side due to it not getting much sun throughout the day. Overall this home was a steal for the price and we cant wait to go back in the future !!

Six weeks at Casas Adobes

We stayed at Casas Adobes (aka: Hill Top) in Tucson for six weeks. For one of those weeks, we were able to host our whole family – five adults and two children. The house is very clean and spacious with plenty of room and more than enough beds for all of us! There is plenty of parking within the gated property. The setting is at the top of a small hill which is very private with fantastic views in all directions. We enjoyed taking in sunrises and morning sun on the east facing porch plus grilling, visiting and sunsets from the enclosed patio with pool. The kitchen is fairly well equipped and has very nice, newer appliances. The dining table seats eight comfortably, so it was perfect for family meals or games. The attached “game room” was a hit with the grandkids and adults with ping-pong, air hockey, and foosball tables plus other games provided. Our grandkids especially enjoyed picking lemons right off the tree by the patio and making lots of lemonade. The attached private “casita” was a bonus as one of our adult children had to work remotely each day. The casita has its own separate entrance so she was able to get online early in the morning and work through mid-afternoon without the rest of the family intruding. After work she was able to join us in the main house for family meals and activities. We found Matthew (host) to be very responsive and communicative with us, addressing any issues promptly. The house is close to shopping, restaurants, trails and parks.

Great hub for our activities

Beautiful home/guesthouse with 5 bedrooms. Neighborhood is a little dated, but this particular house has appears newly renovated and has an incredible 360 degree view and close access to downtown Tucson and Marana. The home was equipped with all we needed to keep all ages entertained. Highly recommend!

Spacious desert retreat

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and spacious. We were in town for a U of A event and the property is located close enough for a short drive but far enough to enjoy the beauty of Arizona. Skyline at night is beautiful from the master balcony. Plenty of fun for the kids in the game room. Between the pool and the gameroom the kids were constantly entertained. We'll definitely be back.
