Quiet, peaceful, spacious, residential neighborhood. Big, beautiful mountain views.



HOT TUB: The pool is NOT heated, but the hot tub can be remotely turned on and heated. The hot tub is an optional extra-fee amenity. The fee is $36.75 for 3 hours of heating. Please let us know if you want the hot tub turned on and heated during your stay, and we will ensure it`s ready upon your arrival.



PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.



PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.



SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have bedding ready for your stay.



CAMERA: This property has one exterior camera for general guest safety. It is on the front of the property to help monitor the front entrance, porch, and parking areas. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.)
