Charming 1 bdr with mountain view

This one-bedroom unit is all included and is wonderful for escaping the city. Located in north Tucson in the Casas Adobes neighborhood.

This freshly remodeled apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with 42inch smart TV, bedroom with queen-sized bed, there is an air mattress in you need an extra bedding, nice patio with great view of the mountains and amazing sunset, outdoor park with flowers and plants where you can enjoy a meal.

The condo is fully equipped to make your stay a great vacation with wireless internet, central air conditioning and heat, Apple TV, outdoor swimming pool (not heated), laundry facilities, free parking, linens and towels provided for free. The bathroom was completely renovated in December of 2020 with a new shower, new shower head, new toilet, new vanity, new faucet and more.

New carpet was also installed in the living room and bedroom in December of 2020.

You will have access to laundry facilities on site (down the hall) close to the condo. The property features convenient parking that is in close proximity to the building.

The condo is a half-floor above ground level. There are a few steps to enter the exterior entrance, as shown in the profile building photo, and a half-flight of steps inside that lead directly to the condo door. The condo is located very close to the parking area.

The condo community swimming pool is open year-round, but it is not heated.

Nested in a quiet and very convenient area at the bottom of the mountain with shopping areas, grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The closest grocery store is 0.4 miles or a 9 minute walk away. Hike in the astonishing scenery, visit many parks.

Great One Bedroom Condo

Justin & Pascal answered all our questions immediately even those that they written instructions for that we had neglected to read. The bath was remodeled with a walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable with a great mattress. The balcony was very nice with room for relaxation and reading. The only thing holding up giving us giving 5 stars is the age of the complex. That's something you have to live with.

Super gemütliches Condo, toll gelegen mit tollem Blick auf die Berge.

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Condo ist gut eingerichtet, sauber, gut gelegen in einer Wohnanlage (Barcelona Manor Condos), mit Bergblick, Balkon, Pool Nutzung, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Einziger minimaler kleiner Kritikpunkt: Etwas weniger Dekorationselemente im Raum wären nach unserem Geschmack besser. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!!!

Well-equipped pleasant apartment

This is a pleasant apartment in the Casas Adobes neighborhood of Tucson near Ina and Oracle. The unit had everything we needed for a short visit. It has a nice deck off of the living room shielded from the afternoon sun.
