Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full private access to the entire home with a private entrance and convenient self check-in.



The property includes a dedicated driveway parking is easy, free, and right at your door.



This is a fully private standalone home, not a unit or shared space. Everything inside is yours living room, full kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, all bedrooms, and the outdoor space.



Step outside to your private firepit and outdoor lounge it's all yours for the duration of your stay.

Located in the heart of midtown Tucson, Casa Verde sits in the quiet and charming Winter Fair neighborhood. The area has a calm, residential feel with tree-lined streets and a true local character — while still being just minutes from the University of Arizona, Downtown, and some of the city's best dining, coffee, and entertainment. Campbell Ave, 4th Ave, and Broadway are all a short drive away, making this a convenient and comfortable base for exploring everything Tucson has to offer.

Other Things to Note:

The home is equipped with a fire extinguisher (located under the kitchen sink), a first aid kit in the bathroom, smoke detectors throughout the home, and a carbon monoxide detector in the living area.



The property includes a patio area. Please do not leave children or pets unattended while outside.



As this is Tucson, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife such as birds, insects, or other desert animals. While sightings are uncommon due to the surrounding area, we recommend keeping an eye on children and pets when outdoors.

We’re available from 9 AM – 7 PM through the app for any questions, recommendations, or anything you need to make your stay more comfortable.
