The space
The open floorplan of this one level home is roomy and uncluttered, decorated with hints of southwest décor, and yet has many private spots to read or relax. Special thought was taken for our guests comfort including new kitchen appliances, extra full-size refrigerator in garage, high speed Wi-Fi, blue-tooth speaker, personal assistant speaker (g__gle), Direct TV Entertainment package with Hallmark channel, adjustable bed in guest room, reclining sofa in media room, spacious 2-car garage with workshop area, BBQ grill, wet bar, gas fireplace, outdoor chimenea, various games, cards, and jigsaw puzzles. There are nightlights throughout the space that automatically turn on when it's dark, and a motion sensor light in the garage for safety. In addition to all the normal kitchen items, we try to stock plastic wrap, foil, Ziplock style bags and Gladware type containers for easy leftover storage.
Guest access
Parking is easy! There's parking in or out of the garage, and additional parking area across the road. The neighborhood has many walking trails, great for cyclists, and a short walk or drive to one of the best recreational facilities Green Valley has to offer!
Other things to note
Space could accommodate more than 4. There is an air mattress in the front hall closet or sofas to sleep on if the grandkids want to join you for a couple nights.
