"My husband and I stayed at the Ivydene with are two children from 8th-11th August, it's was such a lovely, welcoming place to stay. The room was lovely and clean and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The Breakfast choices were fantastic and there was something for everyone. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Perfect location for the beach and amenities. We would highly recommend and definitely be booking again. "

"We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we had settled in comfortably, which was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfy, and the flat had everything we needed for a relaxing night. "Nice property, conveniently located to the town. It’s not the largest of properties but it was perfect for myself and my 3 sons. 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed with a sprung mattress. Quiet location. Facilities in the chalet was good. Sky TV for in between beach trips. Would stay again. "

" Stayed in a double room with Sea view and balcony on top floor, looked as if room had been recently renovated, very clean and excellent view. Anyone taller than me (5'-3") might have problems with sloping ceilings. Floor also very squeaky."
