"Shuttle to and from airport was very convenient; breakfast was nice, had different options, though I would have preferred an indoor rather than the new outdoor location.
Staff are courteous and attentive, especially Oanh (I hope I spelled her name right ). She made sure all was taken cared of."

"The location close the airport was really useful, arriving late or before leaving. Very clean, included breakfast which was fine and the staff in restaurant very nice. Reception staff ability to help in english was poor. Slow ride into the city for shopping, food or tourism. Hotel is quiet and bathroom and beds fine. Aircon was only just keeping the room comfortable."
