  • Situated in the historic town of Truckee on 600 acres of towering pines and blue sage covered hills, Old Greenwood, Lake Tahoe's premier four season luxury resort, offers a magnificent setting for the discriminating Lake Tahoe vacationer. Located on the 14th green of Old Greenwood, this stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom private residence has a large open floor plan with fine custom finishes, including: a massive fireplace in the great room, second fireplace in the master bedroom, hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, and high-end appliances. The second floor loft area provides for a bonus living space for the kids to enjoy. The views down the Jack Nicklaus' fairway to the mountain ranges in the backdrop are incomparable.

    This home is dog-friendly (please see Policies & Disclosures below for more details).

    *Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $85 per night for up to 12 registered people. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay. There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

    POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:

    - A maximum of 1 dog under 30 lbs is allowed. A pet fee of $100/night will be charged. No cats or other pets permitted.
    - This residence does not have A/C.
    - Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
    - Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.

Wonderful Warm Winter Home!

We really enjoyed our stay here right from the very minute we stepped through the door. This is a warm, well appointed winter home. Loved the open space - plenty of room for all to spread out. Location is fantastic.

Great location. The temps were in the high 90s while there. Shades would be nice as would umbrellas by the firepit. Mostly unusable until 7 pm. Pool table was a great gathering spot The bed linen really needs an upgrade though. Very roughWe did find a dead mouse under the kitchen sink.

This property is fantastic! Location could not be better. It's peaceful, private and gorgeous. The owners thought of everything. Just when we couldn't figure something out we got a helpful email with a "how to". Do not hesitate to stay in this beautiful home. You will love it.

Beautiful home!

Our family stayed here to celebrate a birthday and we could not have been happier with the home. Beautiful inside and out, well appointed, very clean, spacious and a wonderful layout for a family gathering. The golf course is beautiful and you are just a short drive away from so many amazing beaches and fun spots. We definitely plan to be back to this amazing home in the future!

Fantastic Holiday Getaway

First off this review if long overdue. Our stay over Thanksgiving week at this beautiful home was absolutely perfect! The description and photos were spot on. Our family consists of two adult couples, my father in law and my husband, our toddler and myself and we were all more than comfortable with lots of space and privacy. The house was minutes away from the downtown Truckee. I have been coming up to Truckee since I was little and the town still holds that special quaint feeling along with great food! Also Katie, the girl that helped us thru the whole process was great and always available to answer any questions or assist in any way. Thank you so much for such a fantastic experience, we can't wait to do it again!!!
