"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Sadly the decor inside the property left a to be desired with peeling paint work and thread bare carpets on the stail ways. Not the most encouraging introduction. The shower gel container was empty on arrival and the room was incorrectly made up on one occasion, set for single despite having been correctly attended to previously for us."

"There’s a strange way of getting to some of the rooms where you have to go downstairs before eventually climbing back up. The hotel itself is very well maintained although I’d wonder if the golf course sometimes takes a little of the priority."
