Ideally located at the entrance of Trouville-sur-Mer and close to the train station, this charming duplex apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. In this bright and very well exposed accommodation, you will have direct access to all the stores and restaurants of the city and will be ideally situated to enjoy a nice stay on the Normandy coast.

This comfortable and fully renovated apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a secure residence with elevator. With its modern decoration, it consists of a duplex living space of 20 sq. m and includes:
- a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment and ceiling fan,
- TV and stereo system.

As the accommodation is located close to the centre, noise pollution may occur.

## Neighborhood

Located at the entrance of Trouville, you will not lack anything to enjoy a wonderful stay in this charming seaside resort, just by walking around! You will be able to stroll between the different Belle-Epoque villas, try your luck at the casino, enjoy the market along the port or visit the city’s museums. You will find the beach in about twenty minutes on foot as well as many bars and restaurants around your rental: try the bakery Dupont, the popular pizzeria Il Parasole or the café-bar with good atmosphere Les Artistes. Lastly, if you feel like it, go to the port of Deauville and its famous Planches.
