    Enjoy the many ways we provide for you to spend time outside with family and friends. Walk out the door and into Lake Livingston, just a few steps down our dock stairs. Take our kayaks on a short trip to Goat Island to enjoy the beach or the goats. Paddle around Aztec Cove or local favorite, “The Honey Hole”. Stargaze from the comfort of our luxury, 6-person, saline hot tub. Sip evening cocktails on the comfy dock lounge with fire table right on the water. Take your music with you to the hot tub or the dock on our provided portable bluetooth speakers. Savor morning birdsong and coffee on our spacious wrap around deck. Use our provided tripod mounted binoculars for world class birdwatching of songbirds, red-shouldered hawks, black winged pelicans and bald eagles. Or, watch the goats of Goat Island grazing and enjoying goat life. Be sure to bring your fishing gear to catch catfish and bass right from our dock. Perfect for family vacations or a romantic getaway for couples.

    This newly-updated and spacious 2BR/1.5BA vacation retreat is ideal for families, multiple generations, sports tournaments, multiple couples, or anyone who desires a serene space to unwind in true lake life fashion. Our comfy retreat offers 1200 sf of open living, private lake access, wrap around decks, dock lounge, 6-person luxury hot tub, kayaks, community boat ramp, and more.

    The open space lakefront living room offers 65” smart tv and areas for relaxing and entertaining. The dining table is the perfect spot for family dining or a fun game night with our provided games.

    BEDROOMS
    Rest assured in a clean environment. We wash ALL used bedding after each visit. After a full day of lake life activity, relax in your master suite with king size bed and luxury linens. Enjoy private access to the screened in porch for coffee or nightcaps. Electronic charging provided.

    Additional room sleeps up to 4 (adults + children).

    * Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): king bed, screened porch access.
    * Bedroom 2 (Haven Retreat): queen bed, twin w/ twin trundle. Smart TV for the kids!

    Unwind with the soothing power of 49 jets in our 7 person Grandee hot tub by Hot Spring, featuring led lighting and 3 waterfalls. Our hot tub is meticulously maintained and cleaned before each guest arrival. The hot tub patio also offers bistro table and chairs, lounge chairs, hooks for our provided bluetooth stereo speakers, romantic string lighting and hooks for provide towels or other items.

    SCREENED PORCH
    Enjoy your morning coffee or evening nightcap with access from the Master bedroom or take a break from the sun in our screened in porch, featuring ambient lighting, combo bench/picnic table, A/C power, electric fan and various chairs and tables.

Loved every moment of my 55th birthday trip here. We spent lots of time on the dock fishing and chilling. Hot tub was amazing as well. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Very beautiful and well maintained!

This was our second trip to this home. We love it so much. It rained for an entire day on our stay and we were so relieved that they had so many games to play. On day two the sun came out and we enjoyed the amenities.The hot tub was amazing! The fishing was relaxing! The kayaking was great! We absolutely love the new additions they added. I feel that the hosts really care about their guests and try to make them feel wanted and at home. I would stay here 100 more times, and recommend to my friends. P.S. I cannot forget to mention the heat lamp in the bathroom. Gosh!! I wish I had one in my home!

Very well maintained. Process was as simple as it gets. Had a great time. Fishing was amazing as well. Would love to stay again sometime. Suggest staying three nights two nights isnt long enough.. just a few pics we caught a lot more than just these

Lovely house and property. This may have been the most stocked house we have rented. If you forgot something it was probably there if you looked around. We enjoyed the fishing off the dock and the quick trips to the many small towns surrounding the property. Host was gracious and the place was dog friendly.

Great weekend on the water.

Very clean quiet place on the water. Well outfitted with cooking materials and lots of extras. The view is fantastic hot tub is wonderful. Owners provided lots of great touches with games, Bluetooth speakers and lots of other extras. We will stay again.

Beautiful property!

This is a wonderful retreat! Property is gorgeous and just as it is pictured. Host is so helpful and everything was perfect for our stay. We loved seeing all the birds and turtles out in the lake. Hot tub was so relaxing and so many stars! I can’t say enough about what a beautiful rental this is - we’ll stay here again if we’re in this area.

Awesome trip!

My husband and I booked this home for a valentines getaway. We planned to be gone for a few days, so we wanted a place that had lots to do. This Vrbo checked all our boxes and then some!! The hot tub was amazing. The kayaks were super fun! And the fire table on the doc was so cozy!we had a fantastic time and we would definitely come here again! This Vrbo was so warm and inviting!

Relaxing stay

Great place to spend time outdoors. Loved the dock area and had fun in the kayaks. Hooked an alligator far and caught some catfish too. The owners were fast to respond and very easy to deal with. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

Great Lakehouse!!

The lakehouse was perfect, clean, organized and cozy. The view was fantastic. Watched sunrise and sunset from the boat house as all the water fowl flew to nesting and feeding grounds. The hot tub in the evening was the perfect finish to a relaxing day. The owner was freindly and helpful.

Lake Livingston House

We were blown away. Every supply you could need and only a few miles from the nearest town. The house was perfect and the lake was beautiful. The owners made the process simple and were easy to work with. The amenities were first class, and the sunrise was absolutely beautiful every morning. Do yourself a favor and check out this place!

Peaceful getaway

Beautiful, clean lake house with wonderful amenities, views!!! The owner knew we had dogs coming with us and had a cute bag of treats upon arrival. This host goes above and beyond any property we’ve ever stayed at. They provided basically a full house service. Amazing. The house and dock were so peaceful. Highly recommend!

A perfect place to stay with all of the amenieties that you will need

We have been staying in VRBO's since 2003 and this is one of the top 3!!. Jen, the host, is excellent. We were there for 10 days, so it was our "home" and not just a place where we slept. It was just like home from home. The kitchen facilities were excellent, everything was there that you needed. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful with wonderful lake views from the living area. We had a couple of minor issues and they were solved very quickly and efficiently.

Catfish heaven

Picture’s didn’t let you down. Perfect location. Every thing you need is there. Just bring clothes and food. Jen is very gracious and a great communicator. Even got free veggies from the neighbor.

They have everything!!

My grandchildren never had a reason to be bored. They were able to Kayak, swim, fish and use the hot tub. All we brought was food, our clothes and fish bait. The home came with fishing poles, life jackets (clean), towels and kayaks. Wonderful weekend and great location. Thank you Jen:)

Girl’s Weekend

We were there to relax, recharge, reset and still have fun. We could not have been in a better place. Everything was clean, organized, easy to operate, the beds were so comfortable, the hot tub is large and water temperature was perfect, the lounging area at the boat house was probably our favorite place and we spent a great deal of our time out there watching the water, counting turtles, watching the fish, looking for birds, and enjoying the squirrel clenching to the tree and stretching out completely to rob the feed out of the bird feeder. We could not have found a better place for our girls weekend!!
