Whether you're looking to stroll along the beaches, savor delicious meals, indulge in boutique shopping, explore wineries, or immerse yourself in the world of theater, this condo is your ideal base. It's perfect for romantic getaways, Cherry Festival adventures, fall color tours, or simply a weekend escape to Northern Michigan.

THE SPACE:
This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located in the heart of downtown Traverse City. You'll find yourself within walking distance of theaters, shopping boutiques, a wide array of restaurants, bustling markets, local breweries, vibrant bars, lively festivals, and inviting beaches. The beach is a mere half-mile away, making it a quick 10-minute walk or a brisk 4-minute bike ride.

Inside, the condo features a comfortable king-sized bed and TV in the bedroom and a queen-sized pullout couch in the living room. If you're traveling with little ones, we have you covered with a pack 'n play, highchair, baby bath, sound machine and various other baby essentials.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, solid-surface countertops, and warm hardwood floors with radiant heating. You'll also find staple items like spices and condiments for your culinary convenience. There is an in-unit washer and dryer.

ACCESS:
Convenience and security are paramount, with smart locks granting easy access to the condo. Guests have access to the full condo.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Nestled in the heart of midtown, our condo offers the perfect location, right across the street from the Old Towne Playhouse. You'll be delighted to discover that everything downtown Traverse City has to offer is within easy walking distance! Whether you're seeking a tranquil evening out or an exciting nightlife experience, you're in luck. Just one block from the condo, you'll find an array of restaurants and bars catering to every taste.

There is a nearby parking garage (Old Town Parking) at the end of the alley, where you can pay for a parking spot. There is also street parking a block or two south of the property.

TRANSIT:
Bike rentals are available approximately 1.5 miles away at McClains Cycle Shop or Brick Wheels.
Local Taxi services include Cool Cab, Cherry Capital Cab, About Time Transportation, and more!
Bata busses have multiple stops throughout Traverse as well as surrounding counties with their Village Loop and Bayline & City Loop.

**NO pets allowed unless proper service pet documentation has been provided and approved BEFORE check-in. If you have an unauthorized pet, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for your stay. This is an association rule.**

The perfect place in the perfect location! Walkable to most everything downtown. We will definitely be back! The “only” thing I’d suggest is more light in the bathroom- the light fixture in there was a tad dim. But absolutely perfect place for a weekend vacation!

Well-located little condo

My husband and I decided last minute to book a weekend getaway and stayed at this condo. It was a great value and great location. We walked most places downtown, even though it was a frigid January weekend. The condo was incredibly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome chocolates. They were delicious! Only negatives, and it’s no fault of the property owner/manager is that parking is a little tricky and we screwed up the first day and used the wrong entrance to the closest garage so it was expensive. Also, this is a shared building with close neighbors. Neighbors that by the smell, really enjoyed cannabis. The smell was pretty strong, especially downstairs in the entry. So if you’re sensitive to the smell of weed smoke, this might not be the place for you. Communication with the property management folks was efficient and friendly. We’d stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to book another Roost property in the future if we wanted more space or a different location.

Great fall stay

We had a wonderful stay! The host’s communication was excellent, providing all the details we needed ahead of check-in and even sharing some fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even better. The place was spotless, welcoming, and spacious, making it easy to feel at home. Although there was no on-site parking, we didn’t have any trouble finding spots nearby. The location was ideal—very walkable to plenty of spots we wanted to explore. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area!

Wine and woods getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and bars and the Farmers market was amazing. We loved driving up the Leelanau Peninsula to the state park and the wineries on Mission peninsula were wonderful. Thanks for providing a clean comfortable condo. park and the wineries on Miswonderful. t

Great Place to Stay!

Loved it! Clean with great attention to details like clearly labeled items and lots of extra amenities like coffee/filters, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper and beach towels. Also, a nice selection of games that were really fun. Good location - about a 10 minute walk to downtown/Front Street and even closer to several nice bars/restaurants (like the Parlor, which had amazing cocktails and live music). We also drove up to Mission Point Lighthouse, which took only about a half hour (hanging out at the beach there and visiting several wineries on the way back). Apartment view was not great, as it was another building's walls on both sides, but lots of windows for good light. Parking a bit of a pain and expensive ($20/day), but Carrie was clear on how to unload the vehicle so luggage didn't have to be carried too far. We were very happy with our three night stay here and would recommend it!

Wonderful Location and Easy Check-in

This condo in Old Town was adorable and within walking distance to several bars, restaurants, and shops. The check-in and check-out process was also very simple and I appreciated the communication from the host. One thing that was confusing at first was the parking situation. I feel a map showing us where to park would have been helpful in the communication or the listing.

Great location and host

A wonderful condo in a great location in TC. A short walk to Front Street - shopping and restaurants. Also really accessible to local restaurants. Condo was very well equipped and quiet. Great for a couple - I worked from the condo for several days...Wi-Fi was excellent. Make sure to do your grocery shopping at Oryana (walking distance) - amazing food! I love My secret stash for wonderful Michigan based products that aren't the usual touristy junk. Both super close by. I will come back.

Loved it!

The condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and perfectly located within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The parking situation isn’t ideal and a little confusing. We ended up paying to park in the nearby parking ramp that we thought was free, but it wasn’t the end of the world. We really enjoyed our stay!
