Walking into our home, you will find our kitchen which overlooks the large backyard and patio. Fully stocked with all cooking needs & plenty of dining ware for your group. The kitchen is open to the dining room, which seats six plus two bar stools at the counter. Off the dining room, you will walk through a slider door to the spacious back deck (with dining table set for six). We have string lights hung year-round! The back yard is a great secured space for games & family fun away from the main road!! Back inside, into the living room you have panoramic views of West Grand Traverse Bay, ample seating, a smart TV, & games! Plenty of seating with our sectional & leather couch. Directly off the living room is our main floor Master bedroom (king bed) with an ensuite. The bathroom has a shower & toilet. Like our living room , the Master bedroom also offers sweeping views of West Grand Traverse Bay! Plenty of closet and drawer space for storage. Completing the room is a wall mounted smart TV. Upstairs we offer two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom & an office nook! Our office nook has a table situated under a skylight for an abundance of light and tucked away enough that you can work from home if needed. We also have a sofa & bookshelf in this space for enjoyment. Down the hall, the first bedroom has a trundle bed (long twins), sleeping two. The second bedroom (king bed) is down the hall and offers bay views & lots of storage! Our upstairs bathroom had a tub/shower combo and a toilet. The bathroom also has a door separating the toilet & shower from the sink. On the main floor you will have a laundry room off the kitchen, equipped with an iron & ironing board. We provide laundry soap! We have a two-car attached garage for parking, plus space for an additional 4 vehicles in the driveway. Traverse City offers visitors endless amounts of fun, year-round! Pet Policy
We welcome your furry friends in our pet-friendly homes! A pet fee of $100 per pet applies. For shorter stays of less than three days, we're happy to negotiate this fee at $35/pet per night. Please reach out to discuss and confirm prior arrangements for your pets to ensure a seamless stay.

The neighborhood
Located on the popular M22 scenic highway! Perfect for a lazy Sunday drive or a site-seeing trip, M22 is 116.7 miles long and follows the Lake Michigan shoreline of the Leelanau Peninsula, making up a portion of the Lake Michigan Circle Tour. It also passes through the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Beautiful views and fun destinations along the way!
Getting around
You will need a vehicle to get around. It is 10 minutes away from downtown Traverse City and 12 minutes to Sutton's Bay. Uber/Lyft available, but sometimes not guaranteed. Local cab companies are available as well. Travel Advisory: Local Road Construction Please note that there is ongoing road construction on Grandview Parkway between Division Street and Cherry Bend Road, which may result in slightly longer travel times to and from downtown Traverse City from your location. This construction does not affect access to the home directly and will not impact your stay at the property. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes for travel during your visit, or seeking an alternative route in Google Maps.

We do not allow for any more than 2 pets per stay. Please note we do not have water access, although the views are endless! There are nearby public beaches & boat launches. Take a look at some near-by boat rentals!
For guests traveling with infants, a pack 'n play or crib can be provided upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.

The accommodations were great- very clean, well outfitted, and a great location to downtown Traverse City and neighboring attractions. The hosts were incredibly responsive. We attempted to make coffee on our first morning in the rental, and found the coffee pot wasn't working. I sent a message to the hosts, and within an hour, a brand new (in box!) coffee pot was delivered! I would absolutely without hesitation refer this rental to anyone, and would certainly stay there again if visiting the area.
