Bedroom 1: Queen Bed

The space is a single-room studio apartment on the ground floor with a private entrance. Lovely windows and high-end finishes have been used to create a comfortable atmosphere.

Other things to note:
This is an old building which has been lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. It is safe, comfortable and clean but also very quirky and definitely not perfect. You would be disappointed if you expected a modern exterior. But, the apartments are newly remodeled, plush, and comfortable. It is a blast to stay here, and it is hard to find a closer room to downtown at such a reasonable price.

Living in the middle of the fun, sometimes means you can hear street noises from local businesses (late night dance music) or traffic. White noise machines available in the unit to block out unwanted noise and potentially promote more restful sleep.

traverse birthday getaway

if able to walk just shy of a mile to downtown, its a great location! next door to a dance club and auto repair, so a bit noisy. well appointed. unable to get roku tv to work. somewhat thin walls so be cognizant of your fellow guests. mattress and bedding extremely comfortable.

Mostly good

Has weird floor elevations with the floor. Tv has no and I mean no channels. Kitchen sink handle was broken. You cane hear everything the apartments are doing at 6am on the week days And the thumping of the club behind the place on the weekends. It is perfectly located to walk to down town. And inside is cluttered but cute. No regulated heat. We would stay again just because it was 100 a night.

This place was a shockingly small efficiency. It was dirty -with hair on the bathroom floor and dirt/gunk stuck to the AC unit which was blowing into the room. There were hazardous one to 2 inch drops in the floor both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. The towel rack was broken, and we were afraid to drink water from the tap because it smelled like Clorox. We were up half of the night because we could hear guests staying in an adjacent room watching television and talking. I am in absolute shock that I paid $400 to spend one night in this place!! It was definitely not worth it and we will never return.

Clean, comfy, and smooth check-in

Property is in a great location. Perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean. Troy was very kind and nice. Parking was convenient. AC was cold. Blankets were soft and plush. I have back problems and the mattress didn’t give me any trouble. It was great! Best stay anywhere in years.

Great location for a short stay

Extremely clean apartment close to downtown TC. It is quite small, but definitely good enough for a couple for a couple nights. I would note that the bathroom is a bit cramped and might be hard to navigate for larger people.

Sweet little get away

This was such a cute little place to stay at for a short weekend! Every year my husband and i do a yearly trip to Traverse and i have to say this was the perfect place for our visit. Very close to everything downtown and right along the main road for lots to do within walking distance. There is a club right next door so it does stay loud well into the night but with children for the weekend the noise didn't bother us. Would definitely suggest looking into this place for a weekend stay!

Restful, good location

Nice space, very comfortable bed. Convenient for local attractions and restaurants. Loved being right next to the Broadman trail and lake. Also, when we woke up to a flat tire, the tire shop across the street was a life saver. Might want to put a towel bar in under the dish rack.

This is a renovated building right off the downtown area. The 1 bed/ bath unit was clean and nicely maintained. We had an issue with the TV, but that was survivable.
