  • Beautifully remodeled property with views of Grand Traverse Bay. Walking distance to public lake access. Located just minutes from downtown Traverse City, Suttons Bay, and Lake Leelanau. This property sleeps six comfortably and is just a short drive from local wineries, ten minutes from Bahle Farms golf course, the TART bike trail, Elmwood Marina (boat rental) and amazing restaurants. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 ensuite), a washer, dryer, wi-fi and high speed internet. It also includes an outdoor fire pit, grill, dart board, ping pong table and foosball table. In addition, the sizable yard is perfect for yard games. License STR #2026-52

The property is amazing and so much fun with the game room downstairs. Beds were so comfortable and the house was very clean. Host was amazing with communication and when we had a problem with one of tv’s she immediately responded and fixed the problem. Location was great, close to so much!! Highly recommend!

My mom couldn't figure out how to enter the property (she's 82, which was likely related to the problem) and Annie, the property manager was on site within 5 minutes to help her get in. Very responsive host, and immediately available.

The updated house was super clean, and everything seemed very new. Easy access to Traverse City as well as Suttons Bay, Sleeping Bears Dunes, and Old Mission Peninsula.

Immaculate Vacation Home

Great rental! Place is immaculate. Very updated and conveniently located between downtown Traverse City & Suttons Bay. Loved our stay. Our teenager loved the game are in the basement!

Extremely clean and functional home. Well stocked kitchen and fun games for the game room. Lake view was gorgeous from upstairs and convenient to Traverse City downtown.

Family wedding

Great location for our family trip! Plenty of space, great amenities. Everything we needed was there! Beds were very comfy! Check in and out were great. Communication was very prompt and we even extended our stay.

This house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and had a lot of modern or updated features. We had some difficulty with the TV on the main floor. It would not connect to the WiFi. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Great Long Weekend Trip!

We stayed at this place for a girls’ trip and couldn’t recommend it enough! The house is located perfectly. Right along the lake and about 15 mins from downtown Traverse City. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful area and near the wine tasting region. House was clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfy!

Nicely renovated. Master Suite with view of Grand Traverse Bay. Downstairs rec room with ping pong is a plus. Close to downtown without the crowds.

Beautiful home with easy access to trails, traverse city, wineries and all the best of Up North

A beautiful comfortable home with everything you need for a weekend away. My kids loved the game basement with ping pong, darts, foosball, and a giant Jenga! Well-appointed kitchen, lovely living room and beautiful view of the grand traverse bay across the street. Would definitely come back! Only downside was some traffic noise, but easily solved with earplugs!

Beautiful area

The house was beautifully updated and clean. Plan to live out of your suitcase. Although there was a nice sized closet in the bedrooms, it had no lower shelving or dresser to unpack clothing. Downstairs game room was fun. Kitchen table only allowed for seating 4 rather than 6. Otherwise anything else you needed was there. We appreciated being able to use the garage. That was a plus! Thank you!

Nice house, great location

The house was exactly as the pictures show. It is very nice and comfortable. The games room in the basement was a huge bonus. The location is excellent! Highly recommend and would stay again on a future trip. Only issue we had was internet wasn't working. We could connect to the WiFi but there was no service. We had hot spots so just used those. We didn't contact the owner so they likely could have assisted but we were able to just use our own.
