Casual elegance describes this 3rd floor downtown condo, with its urban vibe and close proximity to EVERYTHING.
Steps away from great bars, dining, shopping and entertainment, 2 blocks from beaches and strolls along Grand Traverse Bay. The fully equipped kitchen and smart TVs for streaming makes staying in a tempting option, but you have much to explore in
Traverse City and beyond.

The Space:
Walking into your beautiful, comfortable downtown retreat, the spacious open floor plan is light and airy - lots of windows. Your private cozy balcony is accessed off the living room.
Full modern kitchen with granite countertop seating. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The 2nd bed room has a queen bed. There is a 2nd full bathroom, and a full capacity stacked washer and dryer in a laundry room. The pullout sofa in the living room allows sleep-space for 2 more guests. All the convenience, all the style you'd hope to find for your TC stay.

Please note: The Keurig machine was removed from the condo. There is a drip coffee maker available for use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to a residents-only vestibule with an elevator and electronic lock for extra security. Common areas CCTV-monitored for added security.

This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are provided.

Getting Around:
**Parking Updates – Effective February 1, 2025**
Due to new regulations imposed by the parking committee, we are no longer able to provide parking passes to our guests. Parking will be the responsibility of guests, with options including metered street parking and parking garages.

Street Parking:
Overnight Restrictions: No parking from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Nov 16–Apr 14) on City streets. Towing enforced.
Metered Parking:
Enforced Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays).
Pay via ParkMobile app for convenience.

Parking Garages (Recommended):
Hardy Garage – 303 East State St.
Hours: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: Varies (posted at entrance).
Old Town Garage – 125 East Eighth St.
Levels 2-4: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: 7 AM – 12 AM.
Ground Level: Metered Mon-Sat, 8 AM – 6 PM; Free on Sundays.
Follow posted signs to avoid fines or towing.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

The condo was beautiful and perfect location to walk to everything downtown Traverse City. We would definitely stay again! Our only problem was not receiving the check in or checkout info and having to call the management company to get both.

Excellent communication from initial booking thru check out. This place has everything you need to enjoy your TC stay. Walk to everything in downtown TC. Short drive to all wineries. enjoy everything downtown and out to the wineries.

We had a great time, the property is exactly as advertised and we would be happy to rent again. it was a large space and was great to be able to settle in and not feel crowded. having 2 bathrooms was also a plus if we wanted to get ready in a hurry.

Great location- we could walk everywhere we wanted to be in Traverse City. Condo was super clean, well decorated, comfortable and more stocked with basic items than most rentals. Katy was very responsive and professional. This is an excellent property!

We truly enjoyed this beautiful home while taking in the vivid colors of the Traverse City area. This location is just one block away from all of the downtown shops and many of the excellent restaurants. It was well-stocked with the basic needs for a weekend stay. We all unanimously agree, it was the perfect get-away for some family bonding and relaxation!

This property exceeded our expectation. The kitchen was full stacked. We had all the amenities we needed including washer/dryer and a parking spot. They also left us a couple of nice personal touches which we very much appreciated. The location as well was ideal. The management company was responsive when needed at all times. I would give this stay more than 5 stars.

We were very happy with our accommodations. Our only complaint was that the thermostat kept resetting to 71 degrees while we were sleeping. It might have been us not setting it properly but besides that we were very happy and would definitely stay there again

This condo was in a perfect location for us! Right downtown Traverse City, it allowed us easy walking access to local shops and restaurants. The Condo is one of the best we have stayed in. It was exactly as represented, and so well equipped! We felt right at home and very comfortable. We will definitely rent this again - perfect for an "up north" get-away!

This condo was perfect for our girls weekend (4 people). The location was key, being able to walk to restaurants, shops and out dancing at night. Check-in/out was seamless. Very nice to have the free garage parking with the condo. Definitely will stay here again if back in the area.
