  • Este nuevo condominio moderno es una estancia perfecta para aquellos que visitan Traverse City. Disfrute de la ciudad de la losa o visite The Commons a solo cuadras de distancia! Grand Traverse Bay, festivales, restaurantes, cervecerías, rutas de senderismo, senderos para ciclistas y tiendas están a su alcance. Este nuevo condominio está a 2 cuadras de West Front Street ya pasos de Munson Hospital para aquellos con estancias de largo o corto plazo.

    Estaremos aceptando reservas a partir del 20 de mayo y estará totalmente amueblado.

    Tiene un dormitorio, una cocina totalmente equipada, baño completo, y es accesible para discapacitados. Todo lo que necesita para su estancia se proporciona (toallas, ropa de cama, café, etc). Cable, TV, Wifi, y un lugar de estacionamiento también están incluidos!

Highly recommend

We had a great stay. The condo was a good size, clean, and well stocked with many of the essentials. The check-in and check-out process was easy as pie. We also loved the location. It’s about an 8-10 minute walk to The Village at Grand Traverse Commons and a 20-25 minute walk to downtown TC. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

This was such a great find! The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need. It was in a great location easy to get to places. Nice restaurants that are a walking distance away. I would definitely recommend this condo if you want explore Traverse City, there is lots to do. Thank you so much we really enjoyed our stay!

We were quite disappointed with the condition of the condo. The bedroom carpeting was VERY dirty with a huge stain at the door. The toilet rocked and the seat was so old the paint was worn off. The window blinds in the living room had rips in them. The refrigerator door shelves would not stay on, one was missing, one was in the cupboard and the third fell off during our stay.

Great space and location in TC.

A wonderfully clean and well appointed space. Owners/managers are very easy to work with and the communication was excellent. The location is stumbling distance from Loco Boys Brewery!

Great condo, very good location!

We enjoyed the long weekend stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Condo was very clean. Carrie was communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious one bedroom!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to downtown and the Commons and felt a lot bigger than just your average one bedroom. The laundry facilities and full kitchen were very helpful!! Super clean too. We’ll be back!

The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utinsels, and basic spices. Adequate supply of paper products. Excellent communication, and check in/out instructions. Very conveniently located to the Munson Medical Campus, and only a few blocks to the Grand Traverse Commons and downtown. Only negative, Parking is tight, larger vehicles will have difficulty getting into their assigned parking spot.

We loved this property. It was so nice. It was comfortable. Nicely decorated. The pillows and linens were clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. It was quiet just off the main drag far enough to not fight traffic too terribly. We would return to this place in a heartbeat.

Nice, New, Clean Condo

We had a great stay in this condo. Nice, new, quiet and clean. 15-20 minute walk to downtown shopping district. The only thing that wasn't perfect is that it doesn't have a patio or outdoor seating area, but we knew that going in so I still give it the highest rating. We would definitely recommend this property, and will consider staying here again if we make another visit to TC!
