This unique place has a style all its own. It is centrally-located 1.5 miles away from downtown Traverse City! Thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings, this charming unit is perfect for friends and family to come enjoy everything that Traverse City has to offer.



The Space:

This third floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City. Walk into our master bedroom that has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a spacious walk-in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite full bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials.



The guest bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite full bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each suite comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.





In the living room you will find modern furniture along with a large flat screen TV. Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, drip coffee machine).





**Three Smart TV's in the unit with Roku connection for you to use your personal login for streaming services, but no cable**



**Pack 'n Play and/or high chair available upon request**

We love to come up to the Traverse City area to bike Sutton Bay, Empire, Glen Arbor, and the various other trails that are available. This is a great location right on the tar Trail and we have stayed here multiple times if you want convenience great restaurant choices and just over all a great place to say

TC Getaway

The place was super clean and quiet, two king beds and two bathrooms worked perfect for our group of 4! Our only negatives was the small uncomfortable couch and the tiny coffee pot that took a long time to brew lol! Otherwise we would stay here again! Thank you.

Nice but small

This is a nice, fairly new building with plenty of parking. The common rooms and bathrooms are good. The bed rooms are very small, with no dressers. I didn't like not getting the access codes until the afternoon of the day we checked in, leaving me worried over whether we would actually have them. Then instead of an email with the codes, I had to do a last-minute account creation online to find the codes. Nerve-wracking.

We enjoyed our stay but the seating in the main room was limited. The couch was a very Tiny futon so not the most comfortable. Our beds were both kings but not the most comfortable. I did appreciate the extra towels available if needed.

Fabulous stay

The four of us had a wonderful time in Traverse City. The condo is in the perfect location. The lay out of the space was perfect for the four of us. We cooked breakfast one morning and had a wonderful breakfast at a little dinner around the corner. The only downside to our stay was the coffee maker. It’s tiny and really has no interest in brewing coffee LOL. Bottom line, we will stay here again!

This condo was very nice. Exactly how described on vrbo. Easy access and fast response from owner. We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Couch was hard but we sat on it anyway

Very nice..

On a 2 day stay , need a place to sleep, and it was perfect. Nice location, clean, and the couple of questions we had were answered quickly. Beds and pillows very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and easy

The property is spotless and in good order. Well stocked with dishes, glasses, detergent, etc. Easy to park, good security. The key pad to the unit was very difficult and touchy to use. Had to try multiple times to get it to work. The toilets are nearly impossible to flush. I was unable to use the handle. We left the top off the tank and had to reach into it to flush. Not acceptable. In communicating with the owner my questions were not directly answered. When i asked if both bathrooms had hair dryers. The answer was there is a hair dryer in the unit. So we did not know if we each had to bring one or not. The coffee pot is inadequate. One more comfy livingroom chair would have been great. Seating for 3 does not wotk well for two couples. Over all good experience..just a couple of frustrations.

Relaxing Short Vacay

After an incredible busy six months we took a four day vacation. We stayed at Riley’s by the tart trail. Downtown, the trails , wineries etc were all very close. The condo is very clean and welcoming:). We will be back!

This property was located in a convenient location to get to Interlochen Arts Academy. Very clean and comfortable, wish we had time to stay longer.
