The upstairs features a queen bed with desk space and the main level contains a comfortable pull out queen sofa bed and a mounted Smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies as well as coffee service. In-unit laundry which makes for a comfortable trip, so book your getaway today to enjoy everything that Traverse City has to offer!

The pros: The host was very timely and helpful with communication. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The bed was quite comfortable and the temperatures in the living room and loft were perfect for us. Lots of big windows with translucent blinds so unit was nicely bright. The unit was also pet friendly with some grassy areas surrounding the parking lot and sidewalks for walking our chi safely. It is centrally located for drives to surrounding sights.The cons: Unit is 12-15 feet from busy 8th street and there is quite a bit of traffic noise (especially the trucks) nearly all night—bring ear plugs. The outdoor security lights and street lighting illuminated the unit at night—bring eye masks for a good night of sleep. Location was okay and probably great for the price but it was a long, long walk to get to the hub of downtown. Overall a comfortable stay for us and two paws up from our little dog.

Everything is as stated or shown in the listing. Parking spots are quite narrow and badly need to be repainted, barely made it in my spot when other vehicles are parked. Also the shower is smaller than it looks. Just a couple things to keep in mind.Our sink was draining quite slow, but they were very fast to fix it and worked around our schedule.

The main reasons I stay at a rental are for somewhere to sleep and shower. The bed had absolutely no support. If you like mattresses that you sink into, this is the place for you. The shower was small which was expected since there were no pictures of it. The showerhead was only adjustable enough to spray directly in my face the whole time. I had to do parkour and divert the water with my hands to get rinsed off. The couch was very comfortable, and the property was mostly clean. I have super high standards and would have liked the blinds and ceiling fan to be cleaner.

Beautiful, sparkling clean, comfortable, great location!

Could not have asked for a better stay in Traverse City. This sparkling clean, bright, well-equipped loft is located near two excellent restaurants (Oakwood Proper Burgers is a must-try!) and within relatively easy walking distance of beaches, the downtown shops and restaurants, and some great running or walking options (the Boardman Lake loop and the waterfront path along the bay are both lovely). Grocery store is also just a few blocks away. Check in and check out were both super easy and the place itself was extremely comfortable--ideal for one person, and probably best for two or fewer, although there is a pull-out sofa in the living area. Just be prepared to go up and down stairs in the night to use the bathroom--the bed is in the lofted area and the bathroom is downstairs.

Very pleased with the property! Location is out of the way of the downtown but very close and accessible. The property was pet friendly which was a huge plus and was very clean and ready promptly for our stay. Couldnt have asked for more.

Called the police twice

The condo was nice but the location and neighbors were ghetto. I ended up calling the police twice due to the neighbors physically fighting outside for 5 hrs. Host was no help. We left early. Host stopped responding once i asked for a partial refund. This was the worst experience ive ever had. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a better place to stay with a hoat that will actually respond to your needs.

Overall a nice experience

Everything was great in terms of communication and cleanliness of the unit. Because it was on a busy Main Street, it was pretty loud at night. The only other issue was the shower was extremely small and the shower head was mounted in a way that it hit the back wall about 5 feet up. It made it difficult to wash anything but your hair and shoulders. We still enjoyed ourselves overall.

Last minute plans

A few friends and I made last minute plans for a Bachelorette party and we couldn't find a hotel. Seen this posting, booked it and was immediately impressed with the communication from the host. Check in was seemless amd stress free. Condo was clean, stocked and well taken care of. I toom a card for future stays. I would recommend any small party (2 to 3 people). It was a great area to stay.
