Parc de la Platja Transfer

The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, but unfortunately the overall experience didn’t live up to expectations. The property is currently unstaffed, so check-in is self-service. That normally wouldn’t be an issue, but we had to chase down staff ( multiple calls and emails) on the day of arrival just to receive our check-in instructions and access codes. During our stay, there was also a loud beeping coming from the outdoor sauna area for most of the morning with no one on site to address it. We had hoped to use the kayaks, but couldn’t find any paddles or life jackets, and with no staff around. It’s a nice property and the room was comfortable, but at this price point you’re paying in part for the amenities and overall experience. When those amenities aren’t accessible and there’s no staff on site to assist, it makes it difficult to feel like you’re getting what you paid for.

The room was very clean. Nice property on the water. The room was advertised as studio ocean view. What wasn’t super clear is that it was two queens vs one king. They originally had me on the first floor but asked to be moved to higher floor for better view of water and mountains which they accommodated. Only suggestion would be to make it very clear whether you are getting a two queen vs a one king room. Otherwise everything was great.
