Fireflies & Foliage & Family, Oh My! Come and relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin in the woods, with the Great Smoky Mountains at your front door. Seeker's Sancturary is located in Townsend, 2 miles from the Visitor's Center in a quiet secluded gated community, just mins from the park's entrance, Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin can accommodate 8 comfortably, has a private hot tub, and game room where you can enjoy pool, ping pong, arcade, and basketball.
The space
Seeker's Sanctuary is a spacious peaceful log cabin with many modern touches on 1.4 acres of the Smoky's. As you walk up to the cabin you are greeted with an amazing front porch with 2 rocking chairs, a lounging sofa, fire pit and private hot tub. It has enough seating for everyone to enjoy your morning coffee and all the birds, squirrels, and even bear that come by to say "hi". The fully stocked kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances, a dining room table that seats four, and a bar that seats four more. It has everything one would need to cook the perfect meal after a fun filled day in the mountains (Note: no grill due to bear activity) The living room has a fireplace with an electric insert (not wood burning), a reclining couch, a sleeper sofa, and a 55” TV with cable. If you are looking to be “plugged in” then this is not the cabin for you, the Wi-FI is very spotty but it’s a perfect place to unplug!!

The master bedroom is located off of the living room and has a king bed, smart TV, an on-suite full bathroom, and a twin bed in tucked away in a bonus room, making it a great room for any little ones. The 2nd bedroom is located off the dining area and has a queen and twin bed, smart tv, and an on-suite full bathroom. There is also a portable crib, highchair and a few toys for the younger kids.

There is also a workspace ideal for the guests that have to work a little while on vacay in the bonus room off of the kitchen, but keep in mind the cabin is located in the mountains, canopied by trees so the Wi-Fi is not very good. The bonus room also has 3 chairs that make out into a bed, and games for the family to enjoy.

The ultimate hang out at this cabin is the game room. The game room is in the building next to the house. It has a pool table, ping pong table, Pac-Man sit down arcade console w/ 60 games, basketball hoop, smart tv and tons of games for everyone to enjoy.

*NO REFUNDS for power outages, road closures or weather-related issues. Keep in mind, you are in the mountains with a lot of trees and steep roads.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja
The smell of the pluginns was so strong and we had to air out the cabin. We found the beds and stuff in good order. The bathrooms where clean. We did have to contact owner for some toiletries and extra sheets as the cleaners didn’t leave them out. The hot tub was missing the chlorine tablets and so we didn’t use it. If you have Verizon cell service is non-existent, T-Mobile worked. Note: the game room in the garage doesn’t have ac and so it is a little toasty.
