"The property was very close to the harbour, which is why we chose it. Very modern, but homely as well. Was nice having two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the showers were very modern and spacious."

"Beautiful place to spend Christmas. Serene, with the waves crashing below. It felt very christmassy especially with the tasteful decorations that had been arranged at the property. It has a very well stocked kitchen, is very comfortable and clean – it’s just the perfect to hang out and cook. Lovely walks close by and a shortish stroll in to Salcombe. I have been here a few times previously and hope to come many times more…"

"The bus is fantastic to stay in, lovely and quiet, plenty of visits from the Alpaca. The bus was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here. Owners are lovely and very helpful. "

"We were 3 families with mostly older teens and young adults. House was very well equipped and in a great location for the seafront. There is short term parking outside for unloading and then a cheap long stay car park a few minutes walk away. House was a good size with a sunny backyard area with large table. Contrary to other reviews, there are 2 proper showers which was more than adequate for us. Everything was very clean and ready to go with keypad entry so easy to get in."

"The house was fantastic. Very well equipped and the younger boys loved the bunk bed room (especially the tv in their room). The town centre is easily accessible from the house and so is open walking space. Lovely beaches within easy reach and breakfast or lunch at the Guardhouse Café on Berry Head is a must. The owner was great. Fantastic communication and a lovely selection of goodies on arrival. Highly recommended this property."

Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. It's position on the South West Coast path meant access to some lovely walks. We were disappointed to find a large caravan park opposite which wasn't mentioned in the property details and the bin...

"My family loved our stay at Little Redlap. The house is large and gorgeous, with traditional features as well as a modern, light-filled kitchen where we spent a lot of time together. My family enjoys walking, and the house is perfectly situated for a beautiful walk into Dartmouth in one direction, and a stroll to the Green Dragon pub in Stoke Fleming in the other direction."

"Six of us stayed at Sunnybrook, for 3 nights.There was ample of space for us all, kitchen amenities had everything you can think of. Could not access the online guest book, there was a hard copy at property but not sure if we missed any info such as how to work the oven but we managed it. We really enjoyed our stay and was blessed with good weather so that we could sit and enjoy the garden. Didn’t need to contact host however bumped into someone when we arrived. Host messaged to check everything...
